Literally looks like a child played on my nails. My $65 full set was done with an extra large paint brush, white gel powder, a buffer, and regular clear polish. When asked to redo, manager & wife refused. When asked to remove the nails, they charged a additional $15. Ladies and gentlemen, run from this place. I don’t normally try new places, this was a last minute spot. I honestly regret it. Terrible customer service. As soon as other customers walk in they focus completely on starting their service. I wouldn’t even recommend this spot got a last-minute spot.

I had my nails done here yesterday. I am from out of town and had been to this salon before and had a positive experience. I knew by the time I made it back to my home state my nail salon would be closed for new years. I had my nails filled and polished a matte black. I told the lady working on me that it was bubbling up. She told me it wouldn’t show once she put the top coat on. When I left they looked like they had veins running through them. When I woke up today and showered this is what they looked like. When the top peeled off they were still wet under them. I didn’t bother calling for them to fix them after reading everyone else’s review of their experience with a complaint so after spending $60 which included a $10 tip I’ve been left in tears. My nails have never been so gross and ugly. I’ve worn solar nails for approximately 25 years and everyone compliments them. Today I was embarrassed for them to even be seen!

Please do not waste your money here. I went here about a week ago and got a full Gel Set and and Gel Pedicure. Within a day, one of the gel polishes peeled off. At first, I didn’t think much of it. I went back very politely and asked them to redo that nail. They did with no issues. At that time, the husband told me this happened to another customer and its due to the new base coat he recently got. He then said he will switch them all to the old base coat so this will not happen again. 2 days later, another nail came off. This time when I went it, I politely asked if they could redo all of the toe nails with the old base coat so this does not happen again. Both of them refused. They said I would have to repay for the pedicure for them to do so and the husband “checked” to make sure my polish would not come off again. I did not respond negatively at all, I tried my best to be polite to these people, I was not asking for a lot. At this time, another customer came in complaining of the same issue and they refused to fix it for her. The wife started to blame the gel peeling on the customers skin and oils, but this was simply an excuse because the husband already admitted that they used a base coat that was no good. The next day, another polish came off, just like a sticker the rest of them. I called and asked if they could please fix it for me. They refused. So now, I have to hurry up and find a new salon to go to and repay for my nails. This is very upsetting, I have been nothing but nice and patient with them. They are rude and try to blame the issue on you! Please do not waste your money here!

The lady who did my pedicure today was terrible. She rush and really did a bad job. After today treatment, I will no longer let them touch my ????

They did a good job on my color change however, they charge for every little thing. I spent $35 on a gel color change. They charge $6 just to even cut your toe nail down. I didn't even get a pedicure. They're spa pedicure is $35. I should've just got a pedicure if you were going charge me the same. Customer service horrible. Look under for response to my review.

I've been coming to Lovely Nails for over 5 years now and never had a bad experience. The owners are wonderful, the shop is beautiful and clean. They really care about providing the best service! I'm always in a better mood when I leave! Thank you!
