Pedicure was fine, but when it came to my full set the nail tech seemed to be either rushing or incompetent. She put the polish on way to thick and had to go back in several times to add more acrylic, refile crooked nails, etc. In the end I was left with polish bubbles. Oh, and one of my thumb nails is longer than the other!

I paid $50 dollars to get my nails and it wasn't even what I ask for, my cuticles was bleeding and I'm in so much pain I can't even wash my hands without feeling pain, what's worse is he painted over my cuticles.The customer service wasn't the worse.

I usually come for lashes. Came for a pedicure. Horrible! Extremely rough and rushed. Made mu toe bleeding until it could bearly stop. Unapologetically rough. Don't ever.get a pedicure here.

Honestly went in for gel manicure ???? it was possibly the fastest manicure I've ever gotten. It was more like color change. She rushed barely cleaning my nails when I asked to use new tools she gave an attitude ???? ???? then asked to make sure and clean my edges ugh $30 wasted

The manager racially profiles for different prices and will service ANY race before African Americans, making us wait an hour before we are serviced. He will also lie and act like he doesn’t know how to preform certain nail techniques to avoid doing African Americans- rudely brushing them off to other staff while he caters to mostly Caucasian races. This place is overpriced, out-dated, no grey polish and racist

I've been coming here for years for my eyebrows but this might be the last time honestly. I got a Mani pedi and for $78 my Mani was BASIC. Gel polish didn't cover my whole nail, gel got onto my skin and instead of saying that he couldn't do the design I asked for, he gave me something else that made me look 12. When I went to pay with a card like I always do, I was asked if I can go to an ATM. Please do better.

I went for my eyebrows and ended up getting a full set as well, they did an amazing job. Far and away the best my nails have been done in a long long time. Definitely will be coming back!!

Horrible Service! If I could give no star I would , I usually don’t write reviews But When You Literally Don’t Get What you Paid For , Even after trying to make the nail technician fix his error then have to Pay 52$ ! For a refill and toes !!! Then it’s something you complain about . Nails trash , Toes trash , customer service trash . The same man did my toes and nails . He cut my toes down with out asking me , he made em uneven ,he was rough as hell ! And he was as fast as the speed of light ! I came in at 2 and left at 2:45 ????????‍♀️. He was pushy and basically forcing to get gel . As I’m sitting there , I started reading the signs “no refunds” “we have the right to receive service “ . Anyway the color I got was off white which is a very complicated color because of the way you have to stroke it & takes multiple coats and if you not a professional it won’t come out the way it’s supposed to, he kept rushing me to put my hands under the uv light , I put my hand in there and he would tell me all the way and then one of my fingers got messed up and as soon and I told him he said it’s okay I’m like ????. Then I realize the stroking on my nails was hideous so I said I wanna change the color and he replied “ I DONT HAVE TIME TO CHANGE THE COLOR “ I’m Like You Need To Fox It Then And He Just Added The Clear Coat And Told Me To Put It In The Dryer. Then He rush me to take em out and I said it’s not dry and he was like yes it is and when he was adding the gloss to make it shine and wiping the oil off he made a dent in it and just gave me back my hand and was like your done , so as I’m looking at the finish product I see the dent I’m like umm look and he just grabbed my hand Nd started taking off the polish and I was like I wanna change the color and he ignored me and told me I was done . And the manger The was cashing me out saw my nails and made a face ???? . And I was like wow never again.
