Absolutely in love with my nails. Always my go to salon. She did exactly what I asked for, and better. I know how tedious putting those gem stones on is. But she did it with a smile on her face. Very friendly staff, customer service on point. Good prices. For what they do I believe they deserve more. That’s why I tip as much as I can every time :) !! Second good review from me, and I’m positive more to come. If you think of going to a nail salon in winchester choose this one
I stopped in here after work today without having called or made an appointment and I was absolutely blown away by the service I received! I cannot thank or recommend Amy enough! I had a set done from two different nail salons and was not pleased with their work so I decided to try Lovely Nails for my fill this time. The set that I had was so thick I felt like I wasn’t able to move my fingers around freely. I asked her to take the old set off and put on a completely new, fresh set. She was awesome and very patient with me and made sure through the entire process that I liked the length, thickness, filing, shape, and nail polish. This is also the first place that I’ve been to that hasn’t cut into my skin around my cuticles making them bleed. Amazing service and very reasonably priced. I will be coming back as a regular at this location from now on!
We had two pedicures done. The whole experience was very relaxing and comfortable. The two men who did our pedicures took their time and made our toes looks amazing! I highly recommend this nail shop!
Took my daughters to get their nails done just before 4pm. Waited a bit and we decided to leave. We've been here before and had great service without appointment. Talked with a lady who had been waiting since 3 pm. We will try again, maybe with appointment!

I was a walk in, never been there before. They sat me down and were super friendly. Their prices were way lower than I expected. I got an acrylic set, and dip powder. Their colors are beautiful and normally going to nail salons I have to pick a few colors off their nail options because they end up telling me they don't have the color I wanted but this place was stocked :)) she took her time, and was super gentle. Best nail set, and customer service I've ever had from a nail salon. Also I came in about 30 min before they closed but they still took me in and worked almost an hour after closing time. I'm not really a review writer but I was so suprised/pleased with this place. Definitely my main salon now! ???? btw I had amy. She was amazing
Now the second time this has happened to me at this salon- i call and make an appointment and end up waiting for an hour. NOT the right way to run a business. extremely frustrating and unprofessional. this is now the second time i’ve had to get up and leave.
