Kathryn is amazing! Every time I would go to any salon, the hair stylist wouldn't say a word to me, I would sit there in awkward silence. When I got my hair done with Kathryn, she talked to me like we were best friends! I felt so welcome and she did my hair so perfectly! I will definitely be going back to her from now on!
It was my first time going here yesterday I went in for a trim and told the lady no more than one inch specifically and she said okay. I have curly hair so maybe she isn’t aware of how to cut curly hair but when she was done my hair was to my shoulders which my hair used to be under my chest I’m am so beyond upset with these people my hair is gone and there is nothing I can do. I almost started crying when I saw it! I will never ever go here again!
