I brought in my own nail tips that I had ordered online and they were able to put them on for me, and they gave me exactly what I wanted. So happy with them, we'll definitely be going back again!
I have been going here for 2 years they always do an amazing job. The dip nails last 2-3 weeks And I Work a lot with my hands! Very nice owners And staff With fair prices!
First time at this business as I am new to the area. I am just raving about the atmosphere and the care I received. Everyone in that nail salon was so friendly and HAPPY. I got the vegan pedicure and it was incredible! Coconut ????I can't wait to treat myself next time. It really was an all around fun tand relaxing time for me. Let me start off this review and say that this facility gives great nail care. I actually love my nails every time I’ve been. Unfortunately I’m disappointed in this place, because the type of service I received was unacceptable. I walked in, and I sat and waited my turn for my fill in. There was no one ahead of me. A few minutes pass and in walks a beautiful blonde girl. She was asked what type of service she wanted and she said she wanted a full set. He immediately seats her with the next open person and then tells me to proceed to seat number five where there is no one to do nails all the other technicians are busy . Why was she sat in a chair before me when I was only getting a fill in which takes less time and I was there first. Let’s just say if you are black or African-American you will be treated like a second class citizen, so needless to say I will not be back they do not deserve my money.
Tracy was my nail tech. Very nice people but that’s besides the point. I went to this salon on Friday for a fill in and had to have one nail replaced. Woke up Saturday morning with one nail completely lifted. Called to let them know on Saturday was told to come in today, which is Tuesday. Noticed on Saturday night the nail next to it was lifted. My nails are painted so I’m not sure if the rest are lifting or not. I have acrylic stacked up around my cuticles so high on a few nails like they were never filed or something. The one nail that was replaced broke completely off looks like no acrylic was on the tip.????????♀️ I am so disappointed….. I’ll update you later on how I’m treated when I go back this morning to have my issues fixed.
Literally charged me for something I could’ve done at home. I said very clearly I wanted diamonds so they put glittery nail polish on and just talk their way through it while they massage my feet. $150 was never worth it I’ve never paid that much in my entire life for any type of a beautician service.
Best nail salon in my area! Just moved to Spring Hill and this salon is less than 10 mins from my house and my nails came out more than perfect! I just got my acrylics done today for the holidays, when I havent had anything done with my nails for the last 3-4 years, and it my be because of Love Nails I will become a long nail girl ???? Pics speak for themselves, and I will be showing them off to everyone I encounter for the next couple weeks ????
Jen did an amazing set of nails for me!!!! She fixed them after another salon did a horrible job!!! Everyone there is super friendly!!! Definate service with a smile!!! Any of you want a great mani pedi, you need to go to Love Nails!!!
