I work as a night shift nurse so my days start very late. My plan was to get a manicure and pedicure but I knew I had no time to. I walked in 30 minutes before close hoping I could at least get a pedicure. They didn't even have to give me a massage, I just needed my old color removed and a fresh coat on. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Linda( who I assume is the owner, or in charge that night) assured me that I would be able to get a manicure and a pedicure. Tony did my pedicure and did a wonderful job. Not only do my feet feel smooth from the foot scrub, the application was wonderful! As Tony did toes, Lee STOOD to start working on my manicure. She was kind, gentle, and detail oriented. Even if I felt like I inconvenience, Lee took her time to make sure my nails were done well. She is excellent! Linda made sure to check in with me and I just felt so accommodated and cared for. I will definitely be back!

Jenny is the best! She always does exactly what I envisioned. She’s the only person I see and sometimes it’s hard getting a 1hr block with her because they do her schedule really weird. The wait has been ridiculous sometimes but usually I don’t have an issue if I specify I need an hour with Jenny and make an appointment. This is some of the work she’s done on my nails and my daughters. I will say I have such a hard time when I take my daughter because they don’t sit us together (she’s 9) and will have her wait so long because they prioritize the adult clients even if they come in after us.

Very skilled nail techs! They know how to make acrylics look natural, not too thick but still durable. I work with my hands and this gives my nails protection while still looking great!

The nail tech was very rough on my hand during filing and made me bleed while doing my cuticles. My nail (right hand pointer) is peeling off already not even 24 hours later. Poor quality. Would not recommend

Lotus Nails is the only place I’ve gone back to get my nails done again in the Germantown/Gaithersburg area. I got a full set and then came back for a fill. 10/10 each time! Highly recommend!

I can not be more happy with my services at Lotus nails salon. Linda is amazing 100% highly recommend her. Everyone is awesome grate environment very relax.

I tried out the salon for a gel pedicure last month for the first time and they did great! I came back a 2nd time… it wasn’t so great. When it came time for the color application, the tech had to switch to a man. He would basically throw the lamp over my toes with fresh paint. I told him the paint feels like it rubbed, he said “don’t worry it’s fine”. Looking closely at my toes, I see the paint is missing in areas, the paint definitely looks like it touched under the light. Definitely not coming back.

First of all i had asked for several different designs all were turned down. Maybe it’s a lack of skill but one of the designs was very easy to die and it was probably that they didn’t want to try. They were also very rough when filing. With my friend they got powder all over her hands and didn’t clean it or nothing. To add on they didn’t know how to do the design they said they would do so my nail tech left me for 15 min just for them to go to someone else. The man who did my nails cut me with his long nails. I had to pay full price for my nails after they made all of them crooked, majority of them had fuzz in them and others had random bubbles in them. This is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER come here again nor will i recommend others to come here.
