I am in love with my nails and this place! Kim did my manicure, and she did an amazing job. I did not have an appointment and they were able to see me for a mani/pedi. They did not rush like other places when you walk-in and took the time to make sure I was happy. Hannah did my pedicure and did a wonderful job as well. I will definitely be returning! Thank you guys!! ❤
I always go here and usually satisfied.
But this time I got my nails done from Mindy and such a horrible experience I had. Feels like I have totally wasted my money
I have bumps on my nails and she doesn’t know how to do chrome. Plus not nicely done.
I am not happy today .
She even ran the tool on my skin a few times and now it burns.
I've gone a couple times now and have been pleased with their professionalism and value of their work. The only warning I have is DO NOT let MANDY do your nails. She's done 2 gel mani's and 1 dip on me and I have been displeased! The gel came off within a week (keep in mind I wear gloves when doing dishes, regular hand washes and shower, & I am very conscious of the hot water factor). I switched to dip because I know it will last longer and for $20 more than gel, I feel it's worth it. She did a HORRIBLE job! She didn't shape them around the base and cuticle, I asked for her to make them thicker and one is so thin that you can see daylight through the color, and they started lifting within 4 days! It's been 10 days and my pointer finger has already chipping off, NOT OKAY! I am unsure if she just isn't trained well or if she is using old product, but all the other tech's have done great work and the business has plenty of good reviews (hence my 4 star review). I would have gone in to get it fixed, but I work full time, am a full time mom, and my husband works crazy weird hours, so time is non-existant for us to do "extra" things outside of the schedule. I will go back when I can and get a new set (hopefully for a discount) when I have an hour (minimum), but will NOT see Mandy!
Love my nails and the salon. Always clean and have been going here since they first opened. Jessica you are awesome. I always get outstanding service and everyone is so nice!!!

Cleanly and professional, the technicians at Lotus Nails always provide me upstanding quality in the services they provide me. Always having a friendly and fun demeanor! My personal favorite people to go to are Tiffany and Jessica!
This a great nail salon. Their selection of polishes of all types is wonderful. They have enoungh staff on hand the wsit for a walk in is not long unless you are get a false nails. If you are getting a fill or full set i recommend an appointment as only a few technicians do them.
I used to go to Bella V in parker and went there with really not many issues. I then have gone here a couple of times and I didn't realize how expensive and inferior Bella V was. I have gel polish still on from MANY many weeks ago. Its super thick too, makes me think that other salons water down their polish. Anyway, I will be going back. There are a few corky things about this place.. but overall I like how my nails last and I Iike the prices.
