This was my 1st time using this barbershop for my son's birthday and I will say I had an great experience! Despite previous reviews>>>> the owner Frank was SUPER nice and I got 2 laughs out of him! He asked all the right questions & he made myself and my 2 children feel welcome and comfortable in his shop. I will definitely return! Thanks!
This whole vibe was unprofessional and tacky the minute you walk in. I took my son here and the short bearded guy was mad rude. He ain’t want to do my son hair cause of the beautiful texture. First of all as a professional barber you should know how to do different texture hair. Secondly you should ever make anyone feel unwanted at your establishment especially when they are willing to pay you. Thirdly the gossip amongst the barbers and lack of acknowledgment was definitely giving feminine. I wanted to leave so bad but my son literally begged me to take him there cause it was black owned. I was embarrassed to even let them proceed with my son hair after all the theatrics. Fast forward almost 1 hr 1/2 later when my son finally was getting his cut by the other barber I showed him exactly how my son wanted his hair and he rushed the hair cut as he was complaining about how hungry he was. I told him several times how I wanted the fade in the back and sides and he only faded the sides and pretended to fade the back. When he was done I looked at him in confusion because I was like you didn’t fade the back but I was to drained from waiting to even bother so I thanked him and left. He left the side of my son hair all ashy and didn’t clean the hair off his neck or shirt. Never coming back.
Horrible everything. Go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming to the shop for over five years. Customer service is always great. Friendly ppl frank and the guys there are great, not going anywhere else definitely would recommend to anybody if that area that is looking for a barbershop
Horrible communication. Gave attitude after ignoring me. Asked how much a hair cut is got ignored by everyone! Not one person cared lmao! Then after the cut was done they charged $50. Now I know why they ignored when I asked how much. They scam you by not telling you then you have to pay cause the job is already done. Bad business practices. No care for PAYING customers. Don’t spend your money here, go somewhere else
I had my worst cut here today after the cut I had to get a hat to cover my hair. I went in told this guy how to cut my hair and show him a picture of it. But he was talking to his girl over phone and every few second he keep looking at his phone and texting . He didn’t put his time cutting my hair, when I saw it at the end I was disappointed. I will never go back here.
I can say that this is the best barbershop I ever been too. The barbers are very nice, and make you feel right at home. I been coming to this place for a few years now and I leave satisfied every time I get a haircut.
Was ignored, then when the barber finally asked what I came for. Said he had to eat first and left. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Would not recommend.
Been coming to this shop a long time, always get a great haircut in a nice clean professional atmosphere would recommend to anybody in area looking for a cut frank and mark and the rest of the guy great and do a lot servicing the community
