Always such great customer service! LoAnn is amazing and can do any design you show her from Pinterest or google, and I can come up with some unique ones lol. Their spa pedicure chairs are clean and sanitized for each customer, I truly appreciate the care and thoroughness. Thank you Lola Nails!!!
I loved the way Jenny did my nails and toes! She was extremely sweet friendly and amazing at what she does!! I will be going back to her again for sure!!!
I’m not a fake nail person. Wanted to have mani/pedi for my daughters wedding. I’m an eye person and perhaps due to mandates of masking, the people for my session were not the friendliest. Their eyes seemed unhappy and of course didn’t talk much. I’ve had pedicures in the past which were amazingly relaxing. This didn’t happen for me on this visit. The powder dip
I had on fingernails started chipping after the first week. Ended up going to another salon to have the powder and the gelled toes removed.
Extremely horrible and disappointed. They charged me $70 for a set of french tips and the pinky finger isn’t even cleaned right. I asked them to put an “A” on my ring finger and showed them an inspo pic and yet they still messed it up. I cannot believe this ruckus????♀️ Never going back again.
Very good nail salon to go to.. I called and they fit me right in! It was very busy not a chair almost available but they didn't turn me away and I didn't even have to wait. The manicurist was kind , polite, and did everything with ease and ???? care. I will always return here!! Thank you ladies..
Do not get dip powder nails here!! They don’t even last a week. They wanted to charge me $10 to redo TWO Nails that fell off.
I have loved coming to this place for fills, new nail sets, and pedis. However, due to their inconsistency with prices depending on which nail tech you have I am not for it. They will charge different prices every single time I went for my fill on my nails even though my length or shape did not change. They pretty much charge you full price of a new set of acrylics for a fill if you want them long. Just to file your nails the same shape u had before. Not coming here ever again it’s not worth the inconsistency in price, quality of the job (depending on who u get it’s always different!) or their poor customer service. Good luck ladies. Better off at a different place.
My first time being here, the lady took her time with my nails and was clear to me about pricing and made sure it was what I wanted. I’m satisfied with the results!
