I have been going to this shop for 5 years. Ever since the owners switched it has been horrific. Today a new nail tech attempted to overcharge me $25 for 5 nail designs simply done with paint. She then proceeded to raise her voice and argue and sent me out of the shop half done. The owner bless his heart kept his head down during the transaction. After spending literally thousands of dollars and referring new clients I am outraged at the poor customer service and lack of accountability for the horrific nail technician. I had to calm her down from yelling at me several times and also give her a 1,2,3 count like a toddler it was utterly ridiculous I have never ever in my life had such a horrific encounter at any business. I am so disappointed! P.S Tria is great and best wishes on her new family and any endeavors! But, yes this is so ridiculous. You would be BEST SERVED TO NOT GO HERE!

I’ve been going to that shop for 8 years!!! Then they get new owners and the costumer service went with Duke and the others! This lady was mad at me because I was talking to another customer. She refused to do my nails cuz I couldn’t pick a color fast enough. So I ended up getting black toe nails and the man put this awful pink on my nails I asked for him to change it and he refused! So we argued in front of ppl in the salon! The only person who asked me was I ok was the little lady who do eyebrows. They are HORRIBLE PEOPLE IN THERE!!! Now I go to Omnia nails out Glen mills with much better and quality nails!

I’ll do another review. Duke is amazing, the older woman is also nice. Vy is talented but has no customer service, sense of time management, Or communication skills. She’s very unprofessional and will walk away, providing no information. She is usually doing nails, regardless of your appointment, and does the eyebrow waxing, so do no expect an uninterrupted appointment. She will constantly stop to attend other clients, leaving you to wait for her to return.

They do great nails, great prices but the experience left a little to be desired. My mother was left sitting waiting for a design for over 30 minutes. Only one person did designs and they expected her to wait over an hour to have her toes designed. The appointments don’t seem to matter because they don’t book them well. I’m willing to give them one last chance and I’ll post an update.

Lisa and the rest of the staff are amazing and highly skilled! I started coming there 4 years ago and now my whole family goes there including my father in law. If your looking for amazing nail designs and waxing this is the place to go!

It was the worst experiment at the nail salon. It is a young girl in there that is ignorant, rude, very unprofessional and poor customer service. The owner is walking around like he does not see what is going on. It is under new management. The old management needs to come back. It is overprice. They walk around like they are doing us a favor. It is our money that pays their bills. We need to hit them in their pockets. Go back where you came from. I am telling everybody that it is nail salons on every corner. They are the worst place in Delaware county. They do trashy services. Overpriced Salon

I have videos of some other sets i’ve gotten but it won’t post. Personally I go to mary and she does a spectacular job every single time. But overall this is the best salon I’ve ever been too. They take their time and it shows. Lola’s is a wonderful salon!!

Legit the worst place ever I asked for one thing had the picture out the whole time and he did whatever he wanted. Paid 90$ for something I hate and each nail is a different size it’s awful never again
