I loved my first time at Lisa’s nails. Melinda, her aunt and mom really make you feel at home and it’s super chill, I had great convo along with excellent service. My French full set is flossing and pedicure done so so well by Melinda. They have the smoothest touch with quality care and efficiency! I’m telling everyone to come here!!

The pedicure looked ok. Same with my gel manicure. However I developed an infection from them breaking the skin and using unclean instruments. I should have stayed with my normal place. I never saw them open instruments from a sterilization pack and they didn't cover the pedicure bowl. Now I'm on antibiotics to cover a staph infection, Bactrin (Incase it is MRSA) and have to return in two days for possible drainage. Since I had no sores on my feet and was not sick walking in and am young - I can say ????% it was the nail salon.

It was not another location. It was Lisa's nails 3812 Randolph Rd, Wheaton, MD 20902.

I'm going back tomorrow to have the toe looked at again and possibly probed for pockets of pus ????

My reviews echo most of the negative reviews written. I got a manicure and pedicure and the water was too hot then freezing then lukewarm then the old lady who started my nails just pulled a dirty looking scrubber to scrub my feet. Then midway she stopped and someone else took over. During my pedicure the other lady yelled at me to move my car because she thought I was blocking the way...meanwhile I WASNT when she actually looked out the window she saw that and every "spot" in the corner was taken...so not sure where she would wanted me park...When I went to get my nails done I showed them what I wanted and they proceeded to do what THEY wanted until I had to stop them and insist they attempt what I wanted. The lady had an attitude the rest of the time she did my nails like I was doing her a disservice. Ultimately my nails looked nothing like what I asked for and to top it off they charged me more than my friends nail who got the same exact service...definitely not worth the lackluster experience.

The price is tempting, but it’s not worth it. My friend & I got pedicures - the water in the basin was cold, & the pedicure itself lasted less than 20 minutes. We chose to not get polish; however, it consisted primarily of clipping our toe nails (not all my nails were even clipped) & scrubbing our feet with a dirty looking pumice scrubby/stone. No lotion was used. The clippers/tools were not removed from sanitary packaging. Not a relaxing experience. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this was disappointing.
