Came to Linda's nails on Zaferano on Wednesday December 28th around 11:30am came for a pedicure and manicure the lady that's a little heavy and has like brown hair and blond highlights in her hair was very rude! I didn't realize how light the color I picked for my feet was, but I did leave it but I did let her know I wanted to change a color for my hands and once I told her she gave me attitude and also seemed bugged through out the whole thing she would ignore me and would respond very rudely to me when i would ask her questions! if u come to Linda's on zaferano get either linda or ivy don't get the one I'm describing!
One of the few places that is walk-in only. We had to wait but convenient for us visiting and coming last minute. My mom and I both got pedicures.
They did send a few customers away because they were so busy and did not have enough people working. Arrive early and expect to wait. But so worth it. They did a wonderful job!
I paid $50 for mani and pedi for a 3 yr old.
I have had my nails done here with mixed reviews. Some do my nails really well the younger technicians hurry and do a sloppy job. My last 3 visits have been during posted business hours and no one is there. They have no regard for customers time. I guess they don't mind losing business.
I love what an amazing job they do on my nails and feet. Definitely quality work with a lot of care and time. However they are never on time when it is time to open. Business hours are from 10am-7pm (minus Sunday’s) and they don’t show up till almost 11am. This has happened the last several months no matter what day of the week I come. In my opinion that is probably one of the worst practices for a business; to open up an hour late and have people waiting for over 45min. Hours should probably be changed to 11am since that is the time they show up.
Brought my daughter in here to get her nails did. They asked me who is getting stuff done, once I told them my kid, they told me to come back in a few days cause they're too busy. There was one person waiting..
Upon sharing my story w others, it seems they put you in place dependent on how much you're gonna spend. This is a nail salon, not a club in LA... now I had to go home and do my daughter's nails, looks like I drank a gallon of coffee before hand. Thanks "Linda"
Well the place had very little selection of non-gel polish which was disappointing. We were a walk-in and they were able to take us right away but it took over an hour for them to even turn on my water. There was only one women who did all of our nails, and she used the same tools on all of us at that point! All she did was take to tools over to the sink and rinse them with just water. The whole place looked kinda run down and drab the bathroom was sketchy and the walls were just covered in stains. I dont even want to think about how many other people those tools were used on????. I would not recommend.
Great job on our nails. They get pretty busy so might be a good idea to call ahead, minimize wait times.

Quick Facts About Linda's Nails

Strengths:
1. Convenient walk-in only service: The fact that Linda's Nails is a walk-in only salon means that customers can visit without having to make an appointment. This convenience is appreciated by customers who are visiting the area or have last-minute beauty needs.
2. Good quality work: Several customers mentioned that Linda's Nails does a wonderful job on both nails and feet. This indicates that the technicians are skilled and provide quality services to their customers.
3. Reasonable prices: One customer mentioned paying $50 for a manicure and pedicure for a 3-year-old. This suggests that Linda's Nails offers competitive pricing, making their services accessible to a wide range of customers.
4. Availability for multiple customers: Despite the salon being busy, it was mentioned that Linda's Nails was able to accommodate both the customer and their mother for pedicures. This implies that the salon has the capacity to serve multiple customers at once, which increases their overall efficiency.
Weaknesses:
1. Rude staff: One customer had a negative experience with a particular technician, describing her as rude and dismissive. This indicates a weakness in customer service and suggests that the staff may not always prioritize customer satisfaction.
2. Inconsistent service: Another customer mentioned that the quality of service can vary depending on the technician. While some technicians do a good job, others may rush and provide a sloppy service. This inconsistency can lead to a lack of trust among customers, unsure of what to expect each visit.
3. Poor time management: Multiple customers commented on the salon's lack of punctuality. Linda's Nails consistently opens late, causing customers to wait for extended periods of time. This shows a lack of respect for customers' time and can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction.
4. Limited selection and cleanliness concerns: One customer mentioned that Linda's Nails had a small selection of non-gel polish and that the overall appearance of the salon was run-down and drab. Additionally, there were concerns about the cleanliness of the tools used, as they were not properly sterilized. These issues could be off-putting to potential customers and impact their overall experience.
5. Discriminatory treatment based on spending: Another customer mentioned feeling discriminated against based on the amount they were willing to spend. This suggests that the salon may prioritize customers who are willing to spend more, potentially alienating those who have smaller budgets.
6. Long wait times: While some customers mentioned being able to walk in and receive immediate service, others mentioned long wait times. One customer even suggested calling ahead to minimize wait times. This inconsistency in wait times could be frustrating for customers who are expecting prompt service.
In conclusion, Linda's Nails has strengths in terms of walk-in convenience, good quality work, reasonable prices, and availability for multiple customers. However, they have weaknesses related to rude staff, inconsistent service, poor time management, limited selection, cleanliness concerns, discriminatory treatment, and long wait times. These weaknesses can impact the overall customer experience and may need to be addressed by Linda's Nails in order to improve and maintain a positive reputation.
