(Update: 4/3/23: I've been coming back to see Katie because she knows pedicures! She's the best in the business! I love her and every single appointment feel completely at ease and relaxed). My friend and I were taken care of the moment we arrived! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I loved my experience at Lily Nails. I had a wonderful pedicure and will be back for another. They have a stamp card too if you are a frequent customer!

I have used this business multiple times in the last couple of years. I am very sad to be writing this review.

I walked in for a pedicure with a toe ring on and walked out without toe ring on. This was a Hawaii gold ring that I have worn for over 20 years. I have had hundreds of pedicures, swam in multiple bodies of water and this ring was never removed.

When confronted they said they didn't see it and denied removing it. I filed a police report with the Oakdale police.

I am just a victim of loss of a sentimental and priceless item to me. Please beware and don't be a victim.

Amazing place. The staff is so friendly. Best salon I have been to.

So where do I start. I am in from out of town and needed a oedicure and going did place made an appt. Walked in with no one there. The man that did my feet was rude, brash, cut my cuticle to where they bleed never apoligized. He scrubbed my leg and top of foot so hard I was in tears. When I pulled away or jerked my foot he would get upset and mumble rude things. He put the wrong color on my feet argued with me that I. Picked it. I would never pick gray! He got up went to get the color board and didn't bring it back meaning he was wrong. I had to go to a 2nd nail place to redo my color and pay another $30 . The minute she looked at my toes she said what happened. I said from an earlier pedi she actually told me to wait a day because my cuticles were red and swollen. DONT GO TO lily's. I could have went to any nail place.

Been using Lily Spa for 3 years. Always get great service, my girl Rosie always does the best! Also best eye brow wax anywhere!

This has been my go to place for my nails for a long time (I dont get them done often 1-3x a year?) and I have been cut to the point of bleeding from the cuticle trimmer two times before, but i was understanding and felt like accidents happen. But this time I was cut on two fingers by super aggressive nail filing. And when I squeaked and yanked my hand away I was treated with a patronizing look like I was being a baby. I legit woke up in the night with blood seeping out and my fingers red and pulsating. I have been washing them regularly praying to avoid infection. Way worse then a papercut...

My nail technician is first chair. She worked really hard to do what I needed and I couldn't be more grateful.
