I have had the best shellac nails here. They lasted three weeks with not a single chip. Nu did my nails the first time.Impressive work.
Anne also did detailed work and was very thorough. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Rose did an awesome job on my nail fill today! She was very thorough, took her time and was kind. I am more than pleased with her service. The team worked very well together managing all the clients in a timely manner. The ambiance was very nice as well. Thank you!
Amazing service and staff. They're always kind and considerate of your comfort. When I want a beverage they offer a soda or water. I love to see rose, Sam, and nu. Sweet ladies and do precise and quality work. I highly recommend =)
I was a loyal customer (2x/month dip design and pedicure) of this nail salon and recommended it
to friends. I treated the technicians kindly and tipped well, happily. However, recently I’ve experienced a noticeable change in quality (polish flakes off within days) & new people working there who are incredibly rude, unhelpful & dismissive. The woman who did my pedicure was outright rude. She took no care in how she handled my feet/legs and when I had to move for my dip she placed the towel at the wrong station and made no effort to move it even though my hands were full and fingers in aluminum foil. Next, the dip manicure without design took 1.5+ hours because the person (who has also been named in other reviews) was multitasking and working on another customer though numerous other people were also working. Ultimately the entire experience left me feeling slighted and as though I was an inconvenience. Unfortunately this is not the first time something like this has happened. I typically tip upwards of 50% for great service- this time I didn’t tip at all. Sadly, I will be looking for a new nail salon after this experience.
I went here twice, hoping to find a “decent nail salon, was I SO WRONG!
They charged me $60.00 dollars for a fill and ONE new nail! And on top of it, ( made an appointment) I had to wait over 30 minutes! I guess these salons think we have ALL the time in the WORLD! LOL! Stupid me went back for a FILL, waited another 30 minutes, $50.00! BUYER BE WARE, if the prices aren’t posted, ASK! Or they will screw you …..
This is my 3rd time at lily’s nails, after switching from a different mukilteo nail salon, and these ladies have done an excellent job every time. They are so kind and thorough and constantly ask if I am satisfied or want any changes. I have never felt rushed even when I didn’t make an appointment and people were waiting behind me. I’ll be going here from now on.
Every time. Every time, Rose does such a good job! I love her. I was visiting family in a 3rd world country and was exhausted getting back so I didn’t go in to get my nails off. They lasted me 3 months- nothing chipped or fell off. Whatever Rose is doing. She’s doing it right????????
This was my first time here so I will update if needed but I’m so impressed! Andi did my gel pedicure and was so thorough. I needed some attention to ingrown nails on my big toes and cuticle cleanup and before I even mentioned anything she was already attending to the details. My mom got a dip powder manicure from Nu and it was well done and beautifully detailed. She specifically asked for my mom’s feedback to make sure it was done to her liking. Reasonable prices too! I will return for sure!
Update: Still happy with every visit. I needed “maintenance” on my toes after the winter away from having a pedi. Awesome, kind attention to detail again.
