I often go here at Lilly Nails & Spa but was disappointed in my last visit. I brought me and my mom here for both a mani and pedi. My mom works where she handles food (so she isnt allowed to wear polish) but she was on a short vacation so I wanted to treat her to at least a regular polish session (something she can take off easily after vacation). Well, the two people attending her were extremely disrespectful. They (a man and a woman) got mad that she didn't say yes to their constant pushing of gel polish and gave an obvious rude face to my mom. With me literally sitting beside her. My mom then wanted to have a conversation with them to which they ignored her and continued speaking in their language. To top it off they did a very sloppy mani and pedi for my mom. To sum up our experience they were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They also have the audacity to expect a tip for their poor service and poor attitude , sorry but no. I will no longer be going here.

They are the rudest nail salon I've been to so far. Unprofessional at it's finest. Need to work on their attitudes and work.

My nail technician was friendly. She did an excellent job and she helped me pick the perfect color.

I have been coming here for years. This place has ALWAYS been amazing EVERY time I go. Every person is so kind and welcoming, they treat my children so kindly when they come to get services with me, my nails always last, and I feel like they are very accommodating. I'm so happy they are by my house, it's one of the gems of the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

So disappointed with this nail shop. They gave us an appointment but we still had to wait, they had several other people waiting also. I showed them a picture in my phone. I asked from the beginning if they could do the design that I wanted, of course they said yes until it came time to do it, then they made excuses. but still wanting to up-sell me some gel for 10 extra dollars. They didn't even start my water till two minutes before they started on my pedicure.The whole point of going there is I'm going to Hawaii. I wanted a cute design on my toes. If they couldn't do it they should have said it so.They will never get another Penny of my money !$!Lily Nails

bad work at least they leave a lot to be desired, and the attention is not even said, they want to attend to one when they say, not when you have time, and that happened to me at 9 o'clock he said no than 10, I I could not have to pick up my son at 11:30 and he said that at 1 I arrived at 1 and he made them to me on the run, I wanted to cry I leave them uneven and I do not even file them I walk that I am scratching everything ... ugly I feel so bad

Very pleasant place here in my wife loves to come here and get her nails done to people are very very nice and they know us by our face! That's how you know they care about their customers. I recommend you to come here and see the great environment for yourself and the wonderful customer service!!
