Average..customer service is definitely lacking, they have some young girl sitting behind a table when you walk in that barely looks up from her phone to greet you. It's all boarded up on the outside, cluttered & dirty on the inside. I really hope they're getting renovated to be looking like this. I got a gel manicure & even though I keep my nails short there was no reason for the tech to keep getting polish on my fingertips. Pedicure was decent, and eyebrow waxing was okay. It's in the hood also, so I guess you get what you pay for. ????????♀️
The person who did my nails did not do it good at all. She rushed and my nails came out messy. Not good at all in my opinion and my finger started bleed because of how rough she filed my nails. I honestly don’t recommend getting ur nails done here. U might get lucky is u get it done by Anne or someone else there. I don’t know name of the lady’s that did my nails but she is the owner of the nail salon.
My mom went there and got and infection on her nails and her whole hand they have filthy products dont go im begging you
Only nail shop I and my daughter go to. Love them and their service.
The inside is much bigger than it appears from outside. Is extremely busy. My first time in the establishment and I was quite pleased with my nails.
be very careful who you get to do your nails. I wasn’t particular and got a random disgruntled employee none of my nails were shaped or filed properly I left the salon with gel polish stuck to my cuticles did not even perform a manicure basically just painted my nails very poorly each one of my nails is a very different shape extremely unhappy

Ive been here occasionally. My last experience was not the best. My nails were refilled very thin. I pointed that out to the technician. He said they were fine. A day later i had to return to fix a broken nail. 2 days later another nail broke without any effort. Have not gone to repair it. Just wont go back.
