I asked for a dip and was told that they did not do dips. I clearly stated that I did not use acrylic on my nails so I asked for gel. They did acrylic anyway and put a shellac coating to make it appear to be gel. I was charged 55 dollars for a service that I did not get and that’s stealing. This is the worst nail experience that I’ve ever had. Bad business and the sad part is they were discussing this action in their language. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE ITS CROOKED AND THE WORK IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Had my nails done this evening by Winston, who did a wonderful job. The design was beautiful, however, when I pointed out an imperfection with one of my nails being crooked, he promptly took it off and proceeded to correct it but in the middle of doing so had a huge temper tantrum in front of all the customers; citing that I was a difficult customer in Chinese I assume, I don't speak the language, so much so that the manager had to come and reapply the nail and the acrylic until he had a smoke outside and came back in and calmed down. I am very disappointed in his behavior but his craft is amazing.I'm a bit on the fence as to whether I'll return to this salon simply because I am a professional and I expect professionalism at all times whether you feel intimidated or not! To add insult to injury, the manager cited me $40 at the initial visit but Winston charged me $45 I guess as retribution for his mistake but no worries I can afford that and more and had he behaved in a professional manner he might have gotten a hefty tip to boot... I'll keep you all posted in 2 weeks when it's time for my fill-in... ????
Hours are advertised on Google until 6pm, I get to the door at 5:42pm and it’s locked, with the “Closed” sign already up. I see a couple of workers inside, motion to speak with them & say I only needed help removing my old nails (maybe a 5-min service), but they won’t even come to the door to speak with me. The 2-star rating here is for poor customer service.
I usually come to get my eyebrows which is nice. But todays service was quick and I know I didnt get the full service that a pedicure offers. The man was in no way personable or attentive. Its like he didnt even care. I was done in less than 20 min. And he hardly spoke, but just tapped whenbhe wanted me to switch feet. Very impersonal.
I made the mistake of coming to this establishment for the last time I came in to get a full set and I wanted pink and white ombre coffin shaped nails the nail tech didn't look like he had much experience and I had never seen him in the salon before but there were only one other nail tech and my nail tech was very busy and I wouldn't have been able to get in to see him not only did they mess up my hands and hurt me but I asked them to do a removal and I wanted a refund and they banned me from the nail salon and kept my money worst service ever!!!!!!! 70.00 wasted!!!!!
Do not patronize this establishment. This is the worst manicure I've ever paid for. Absolutely dreadful and they don't care. My nails are ugly and it was very expensive. Nobody in there speaks English well enough to do what you want anyway. There is no care for making the customer happy. I shouldn't have paid for this. The fill is uneven and patchy. The shape is completely different on every nail. The woman had a terrible attitude the entire time as if it was annoying that I came to buy her services.
I hope this place goes out of business.
Service and work is subpar. They asked me about my mom's pedicure after I chose which pedicure I wanted. I told them I don't know if she wants the same service as me, and to ask her. The girl walked over to her co-worker and told her something, but no one ever asked my mom which services would she like. They just started the pedicure. When all my mom wanted was a basic pedicure. They rushed removing my toenail polish, and rushed my nails as well. The deluxe pedicure was hardly deluxe. It included a foot mask according to the sheet, and i didn't get a foot mask. I didn't see them open any new packaging for the tools they used. She pulled everything out of a bucket. Luckily no pumice stone was used on my feet. She used the drill to remove all of my gel polish when that should only be used to remove the top coat, then soak off the remaining gel polish. I would give it zero stars if that was an option. If you like poor quality, bad attitudes, someone pretending to not understand English when you ask questions, or when they charge you for something you didn't ask for, and over priced work then go here. If not save your money and your time.
It depends on what day you can have them answer the phone. If you walk in for a specific person you are told to make an appointment, but how can you make an appointment when they don't answer the phone. Even then you have to deal with bad attitudes these days. When I first started going here the service and attitudes were much better.
