Worst place EVER. The nail tech spoke no English, but you don’t need English to SEE the polish she left all over my fingers. When I pointed it out to her she pulled out my SKIN to get the color off. It started bleeding, she out some Neosporin or something on it, there was trash all over the place, I paid the $25 for this garbage job and was charged $1 extra for using my card and THEN decided to tell her what a bad experience it had been but she looked at me blankly like she had no idea what I am talking about. The people who obviously own the place were looking at me and making a face, no one tried to make it right, I wasn’t offered a refund or ANYTHING. God help me, if I get some kind of fungus or something from this place I AM SUING! You literally made me bleed. What a horrible place!
I go here for a pedicure every once in a while if it's convenient. Today they really upset me. They were very busy and when my turn came, this woman rushed through my pedicure. She barely cut down my cuticles and then slapped some nail polish on top, which can only lead to a messy looking job. When I finished and looked at my nails, it was unacceptable, even for me who doesn't usually speak up for myself in these situations. So I told them that the cuticles needed to be cut down and redone. All this lady started doing was wiping the paint away from the edges with a brush, so I explained to the boss guy that this is not what I wanted. You can still see the bumpy cuticles underneath the nail polish and I was hoping that he would explain that to her. They exchanged words and she kept doing what she was doing. So I let her finish and then she asked me if everything is okay and I say no because I told him what needed to be done to fix the problem. I was too upset and out of time to wait any longer for it to be fixed, so I again told the guy in front that "my nail polish should have been removed, my cuticles cut down, and nails repainted but they didn't seem like they wanted to solve the problem." I paid, left no tip and left. I'm freaking annoyed though. I have an event to go to tomorrow morning, so there's no time to fix it anywhere else. And the fact that they just completely ignored and didn't acknowledge what I told them upsets me even further.

Did my pedicure was super nice and did my nails beautifully. After I was done with my pedicure a young guy started with my acrylics he was watching videos on YouTube the whole time and has a stank attitude he would roll his eyes and give me dirty looks when I would move my hand. Friday made a week of me having these acrylics on ans 4 nails already fell off!! The quality of the nails are not good and when this man was shaping my nails he was doing it soo hard. I'm only putting one star bc the lady was good at my pedicure but please don't waste your money here!!
I’m puzzled by the bad reviews. They gave me a perfect pedicure. Everything was clean. The woman did a great thorough job and my toes look lovely!
I will never go to this place again! Rude unprofessional and sloppy work! I guess there are two owners a man and a women and both are extremely unprofessional!!! This lady began to cut my cuticles dry!! And cut me so bad that my finger would not stop bleeding!!! She ended up painting my blood right into the nail polish????????♀️… then she was like” is it ok?” I could not believe what I was hearing!!! I asked the other girls that were sitting there what my nails looked like to them and they said omg they look terrible. I refused to pay for such garbage and just bad attitude and service! Please reas the other reviews on here… they are pretty accurate… I provided pictures so you guys can see what garbage job they did!!!!
This is a no go for me I’m never coming back. The pedicure was a beat mediocre.

DISGUSTING and SLOPPY work.
Bled from cuticles and WORST PART, the next day my big toe has green pus.

First time coming here and they just got themselves a new client! Courteous and attentive when I walked in, the place is clean and very well equipped. I got acrylics done with Kelly and I couldn’t be any more pleased with her and her work.
