Very unprofessional Lack the skills that are required to produce quality Nails I almost cried when I seen the finished product It wasn't worth the fight bcz I was tired and just want to get the heck outta there. Theyre horrible nail techs.I should have noticed when I walked in it was completely empty

Went to get my nails done the customer service was great the nail quality was just bad for the shop to be as empty as it was my nails could of been better they were lumpy and the shape was sloppy the day after i got my nails done 2 of my nails came off just popped off when i hit my hand on a broom stick catching it from falling so there was no reason for it to come off like it did in a perfect oval shape so i know it was not my fault i called to see if i could get it repaired for free. Because it was only one day prior they told me no because i got long nails which i find ridiculous so here i am 5 days later with 4 nails missing and 70 dollars down the drain all i can say is lee nails lost a customer. But because they were nice i still tiped 5 dollars so 75 down the drain????????????

Great on lash extensions but messed up my eyebrows smh

This was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. I just left the salon 2 hours ago, and my right foot is still burning at the heel. The tools are used for all clients and weren't sanitized prior to using, there was no hot stone, massage or hot towels used and my white gel polish is all over my toes not just the nail. The entire process was rushed and I was charged $40. Then I got my eyebrows waxed with a stick she repeatedly dipped in the wax and it was there afterwards waiting on the next client. The whole experience costs $50 and a tetanus shot. Never again.

Worst nails I’ve ever had. Sloppy and paid way to much.

They won't cover the entire nail with polish just so you have to go back for fills super quickly. The polish they use is subpar. Two days after using their services, the polish chipped off and the entire hand looks like garbage. Will never go back, and neither should you. I am beyond disappointed at such an expensive procedure that leaves me worse off than when I began. They also file the nails down so that they're extremely thin and painful. I was scammed by them, but now you don't have to be.

Went and got a full set of lashes on Tuesday and was charged $2 more than the advertised price which was fine bc I was going to tip anyway however by the end of the day half of it was hanging. Went back Wednesday and Amy just put glue on it as if it was a strip and the next day the other half came off so today(Friday) I went in & asked to have it replaced not glued back on and was charged $10 more dollars so $30 for 3 days is not acceptable when you're 1 of the few that still support the business. I hope they understand this is why their business has gone tremendously down.

I went for a pedicure. The pedicurist was friendly and gave a great massage but the colour was translucent (see through). But my polish was black, that's the one colour that should always be solid. Definitely won't come back :/
