Had an appointment, still waited 20mins. Finally got seated and sat with my feet in water for another 15mins while a girl got seated next to me and waited on immediately. They didn't clip my nails or exfoliate my feet. Polish is on my skin and on the other toe the polish doesn't even come to my nail line. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
Have been here twice no, getting the deluxe pedicure both times. First time was great, I actually felt relaxed and refreshed. This time, I went with 4 other people and was super rushed. My feet weren't even in the water for more than 5 minutes. I had NO relaxation whatsoever. I was the first one done way before the others in my party (who were also getting manicures) the whole thing took less than 25 minutes. I guess it's great if you're in a hurry and just want it done and over with, but I really was looking to relax and destress. Very disappointed.
Walked in last minute, no wait, amazing job on our nails really happy with service and how nails turned out. Everyone was so nice. Reasonable for what we wanted in the time we had. My daughter was thrilled.
Terrible customer service and workers were quite rude. Hau did my pedicure and was very rude. She pushed my feet several times and when I asked if she could trim one nail which was longer then the other she became quite upset and started raising her voice while speaking to the woman next to her in a foreign language. Will never come back and would never recommend this salon.
Fast and great service. It was our first time visiting and we were not disappointed. Place was very busy but they are quick.
My all time favorite nail salon in the janesville area, they do nails so well. Doesn't matter what person I get they do so well every time. And honestly reasonable prices. Sometimes there's a wait, but they manage to still get people in or ask for you to come back at a later time. Making appointments work best.
I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure on March 12th. Within days it chipped. I had it fixed on March 15th. Today March 20th and it is now chipping again. I won't be doing a manicure again.
I came in for a full set with a fairly simple design, the design ended up a little disappointing. The lady first offered regular or gel then said she could only do gel, fine. She was very twitchy and aggressive on my nails, pulling my hands instead of saying anything or gesturing for my hand, added a glitter when that was never asked, also made the acrylic too thick. Payed 65 so ig you get what you payed for but still disappointing considering how simple and the twitchyness of the lady should have made me walk out before they started
