I visited the salon about 3 weeks ago, for a set of new tips/gel nails. 2 of my girlfriends recommended Christine, and OMG they were so right! Christine, is a true star professional: very fast, efficient and her work is flowless! 3 weeks later, I have no chipping or lifting of any kind, just a natural growth. She is absolutely the go-to nail artist!.
So Christine is absolutely 5 Star +, but the reason for my 4-star rating is: poor time management by the spa manager (?) or who ever it is that schedules appointments ; I made my appointment a few days in advance, and still I had to wait 30 minutes.
But I will be back, because of Christine!
Doing my nails every 2 weeks for 5 years and coming here is one of the best experiences I've ever had and they all are super professional and great at what they do!!!
Went in earlier today with my husband to get pedicures done. The lovely lady worked on my husband’s pedicure and did a wonderful job! On the other hand, the gentleman who worked on my pedicure doesn’t even deserve this 1 star. I asked for hot water not BURNING HOT WATER! When I told him it was too hot he proceeded to say that I asked for that and that oh now I want cold water. So unprofessional of him and he also doesn’t clean his pumice stone appropriately and it is worn out and when I brought it up he got all defensive instead of hearing me out so he would not use it on another client. He also did a “massage” or should I say slap on lotion on my legs because it lasted 5 seconds. Lastly, he seemed so irritated with every request I had. Will not be coming back here ever again. He should learn how to be more professional and curate more to its clients needs.
Christine has done an excellent job on my GF nails always. Fast and very well done. HIGHLY recommend
Came on a little vacation with my husband and didn't have time to get a pedicure beforehand so while at the mall I stopped in and they got me in quickly as well as gave me a great pedicure! The massage was amazing and the pedicure itself came out great!
Susan always takes care of me!! I've been coming here for a few months now and she always does an amazing job. Everyone loves them! I always recomend everyone to come here for all services (eyebrows, manicures, pedicures, eyelashes, and facials). The spa is very clean and the people are very friendly.
Wow!! My nail tech there is lee and he does them just how I imagine them too be ! Amazing work! Go get him as your nail tech now! Look at my beautiful nails , AMAZING!
The gentleman who did my Pedi had me almost in tears he was so rough with the massage, if you can call it that. The water was ice cold when my feet were put in and when I asked him to make it warmer it was so hot that I'm surprised I don't have burns. From my ankles down my feet were beet red. When I said it was too hot, his response was "you said it was cold". I'm not high maintenance when it comes to the temperature so if I say it's too cold or too hot you can trust the temp is extreme.
I left there with calves and feet hurting, and the shortest strangest looking toenails ever. The bill was more than what their prices on the sign at the entrance to the store said on top of everything else!
Will not only not return, I will warn people to avoid.
