amazing techs. nails were done perfect. quick with great care to details. only place i will go they always do an amazing job!!

I only get a pedicure a couple times a year but this is my favorite place in Brainerd. Other places have been too busy & noisy.

Leann fixed a mess that was created a few weeks ago at a different nail salon! She was so gentle and made me very happy! I will be going back there for sure! Thank you Leann! I appreciate you so much!

The lady didn’t even understand any English. I asked her 3 times to cut my nails and she didn’t now they’re too long I have to go somewhere else to get them redone. I also payed in cash and asked for a receipt and they completely refused… horrible customer service

This is the best nail salon I've ever been to. She really takes her time and the quality of her work is unsurpassed. I brought my daughter in for her first pedicure and she has slightly ingrown toenails so she's scared of people touching her feet . Long story short her nails look great and she wants to go again next month !

I have tried several places in Baxter/Brainerd and have always been disappointed. When I go to LeAnn’s I know I’m going to get quality work. She takes her time and listens to what you’d like to have done. Pricing is reasonable as well.

I love this place! I have only had my nails done only a few times in my life, mainly because my nails weren’t done right. Bubbling in the acrylics, residue under the free edge...etc. They did a Perfect job. And they were very nice.

Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait a long time just to get a chair. It took over an hour and a half just for a pedicure. Not sure why they take reservations. I had to cancel the rest of my plans for the night. So if you don’t have all day to wait then I would move on. I agree with the other reviewers that the customer service is lacking. I just don’t think they care. The pedicure itself is the worst one I’ve had. Ja-Mi nails does a better job and is $5-$6 cheaper.
