By far one of my favorite sets! Everyone is always nice and I have no complaints.When my nail broke, they fixed it with no problem for free. When I ask for a design they always DELIVER! Kim did my nails and she did a great job on my eyebrows too.I forgot my pedicure lady name. But she’s nice too.
I really love coming here. It has not disappointed me so far. Every time I come I always go to the same two people. I forgot to ask for the names but it was a male with a little bit of white hairs on the back. Along with a female who has a French tip on her toe nails. Both leave my nails look natural and they are amazing! I totally recommend people who love getting nails to come to this location.
I have been going to this salon for several years and for the most part I have had positive experiences. Today, however, I did not. My pedicure was great and the girl who gave me the pedicure was great.. but then I had my eyebrows waxed and when the lady was finished she said ok and walked out. Didn’t ask me if I liked it or anything and when I examined my eyebrows she had barely even trimmed them so I asked her to fix them up a little..and you would have thought I asked her to do something very strenuous and difficult.. She reprimanded me 3 times for wanting the touch up. It was ridiculous, it took he three whole minutes to touch them up.. what happened to the customer is always right? Guess that philosophy doesn’t exist at Le Passion.
When I paid the bill I gave the lady who painted my toes a ten dollar tip. I did not want to tip the lady who waxed my brows because she was rude, but the owner straight out asked me how much I wanted to tip her. Now as the owner he should know that tips are not required and should not be expected especially when the job you are paying for is not completed to your satisfaction. Next month, I believe I will find a new salon. One where I do not get chewed out for asking the employee to fix a mistake they made and one that works hard to get tips, but never expects them. You guys need to do better!!!
Vincent was great! Him and his partner Victoria ( I think her name was) had me in and out in about 45 minutes with a pedicure and a fill! It was exactly what I wanted and still an excellent job! Even though it was fast it was still really good which again is what I requested because I was in a bit of a rush! 10/10 recommend ???? ????
Horrible work. Ive had them for 2 days and one came off already. Never going back.
Quin, was great. I needed a quick polish, told her what I wanted ...fall colors with a simple design......she listened, executed and I was done in 15 minutes. I would have given four maybe five stars but the short male at the entrance...had to reiterate the price 3 times. Listen if I didn't have the funds I wouldn't have come in the nail salon. One time works just fine. I'm not hard of hearing, thanks!
Got a fill by June today. She did a great job and was super friendly.
Great place to get your nails done. I go about every 2 weeks to get my gel manicure and pedicure. It's so relaxing ????
