The couple that worked on my nails was so sweet! Frequently checked I liked the length, color, and design as they went. Full set acrylics was only 46, and they lasted me for an entire month. Def recommend, just make an appointment ahead of time :)

Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. They cut me the job is embarrassing and completely a safety issue with hygiene. Nails and work looks so embarrassing. You get less than what you pay for. left with nothing but regret. you were warned stay away and will be researching from now on. I feel traumatized and disgusted when i just wanted to treat myself. Their

license should be revoked.????

The Nail Techs are beyond amazing here! I’ve been going for about 8 years, and haven’t ever had a bad experience!! Their prices are very reasonable and their service is exceptional! Highly recommend!

Review based on the last multiple visits there: You try and tell them what you want and they cut you off and tell you that “ they know what you’re talking about or want” without letting you finish. Then when the time comes to do designs or paint they either mess up, have no idea what you wanted, or attempt to do something other than what you tried to ask for and you have to correct them it’s a waste of time, they could’ve just listened the first time. Every time I go I get hurt by them being very aggressive, resulting in bleeding nails and just pain inflicted on my fingers in general from them not being gentle. Sometimes it seems like they intentionally try to hurt your fingers or be aggressive when they’re frustrated or rushing. And not once did I receive an apology at all or any kind of concern from them. And If they don’t feel like doing a certain design they will lie and say they can’t do it, even if they’ve already done it for you before. I was going to tip them $30.00 but went with a lower amount instead because I’m honestly just so disappointed, this is my last time going there I shouldn’t have even tipped anything based on how I’m constantly treated there. Only went because you don’t have to schedule an appointment with them and I needed my nails done asap. Other than that, you don’t get the service you pay for.

I highly recommend going to Luxe nails. Sometimes the service is just a little more pricey( not by much at all) but that’s because they’re actually nice to you, they give you exactly what you ask for, it’s 100% more professional there, they don’t start your nails knowing you want a specific design then tell you last minute they “ can’t do it” once they get frustrated etc. Never going back here again and I know many other friends and family members who aren’t either.

I like the staff. They were very nice. What I don't like is that fact that my nails didn't even last a week before they were falling off. 3 nails feel off in like one day three days after I just had them done. 2 of the nails weren't shaped and placed correctly. The price I feel like was way too expensive. I spent $38 there. I like the choices we have of colors and how peaceful it was the day I went.

This salon is wonderful. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years in Ithaca. Kathy and her family run the best salon for someone looking for prompt, courteous and professional service. They have always made me feel like I’m visiting an old friend.
