Lazy.. he did good but lazy making sure there was no gel on my skin before curing. I'm happy, but i have to go home and fix. Cleanliness was mediocre. No high expectations.
Very convenient location. She followed all Covid guidelines. Masks, temp check, washing hands etc. So many variety of nails. Great results. I showed her a picture I liked on Pinterest and she delievered!!! Worth the price
I took my girlfriend and her sister to get their nails painted, and the gentleman that was there wasn’t very friendly and continued to up the price as they proceeded. The previous customer had been helped and they proceeded to use the exact same utensils once again with us. They were not gentle or professional. I would suggest any other nail salon then the one in durango mall.
They are ok i really liked mine. But the older lady that did my daughters and my moms didn’t really seem to care what they looks like. My daughter has gel all over her toes and my mom was missing some gel on her nails ????????‍♀️ But they sure did charge a lot and still got mad because i didn’t tip
Got the most amazing set of almond shape acrylic nails. Great friendly service! Wouldn't go any where else on Durango!
Nails were way too sharp, was shown a simple picture and didn't do anything like it at all. Clean up was non existent. Felt extremely rushed. Unsatisfied to say the least. Save your money.
DO NOT go to this place. They are liars. I called and said I would be there in 10 minutes and they said they could take me for a pedicure. I was there in 10 minutes. A lady walked in, in front of me and didn't even have an appointment and actually had an appointment somewhere else but couldn't remember where. I walked in literally right behind her and watched all of this. The nail lady said they could take her. Even though I told them I was the person that had just called. And the nail lady just looked at me and said it was more than 10 minutes What the F? I left my house which is less than 10 minutes right after I called. These people are liars. This place is awful. I will never go there again.
From the first time I’ve gone and every time after I’ve had amazing service and nails. Any design or style. Highly recommend.
