Kevin is the freaking best!! It’s been two years since I’ve got my nails done due to an awful experience. Kevin was so gentle, did my nails natural and amazing. I’m coming back every time to this place. Very amazing !!

Not super impressed by this business and it is quite possibly the worst set of acrylics I've had. My friend made the appointment before our upcoming cruise for herself, me and my daughter a week a head of time-pedicures for all three, gel manicures for the two of them and acrylics for myself. Things were great when we first got there: Picked out our polish and all that jazz and got seated in out pedicure chairs etc. There were only two people there so we settled in for a wait in comfy chairs and a foot spa, no biggie right? Well they started asking what we wanted done on our nails, the others with me said what they wanted then when they got to me they acted shocked and annoyed that I wanted acrylics. They promptly hurried me out of the pedicure soak, didn't give me a towel or anything and had me walk across the floor barefoot. The nail tech asked me what I wanted, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he asked "exactly this?" and I said yes- super simple NEUTRAL French fade with a glitter accent nail. There was no proper nail prep done, my nail beds were over filed ( they still hurt and its Monday, the appointment was early afternoon Saturday) and the color he used instead of a neutral like I asked for is the weird shade of peach/pink that does not look good with my pasty skin. The nails are already lifting and attempting to break because there is zero structure/apex to these nails and the proper prep wasn't done. When they finally let me sit back down into the pedicure chair the water was lukewarm and they hurried through my pedicure as well. The "cheese grater" they used on my feet was very uncomfortable and my feet still ache this morning. My toes and my daughter's toes are smudged because they told us our polish was dry when it clearly wasn't and I even tried telling the one tech that and I was ignored. In total, over $200 was spent in one visit... now I have to pay and find someone in town that will fix these acrylics before we leave on Friday and its proving harder than one would think. I will NEVER use their services every again or recommend them to anyone else.
This is my favorite place to get my nails done in Laramie!!! Kevin is so sweet and does an amazing job at nails. 10/10 recommend! You will be HAPPY once you go here! Thank you Kevin!!!!!
Went through today for a 4:30 appointment, and was out before 5! It was my first time so I'm not sure what their timing is usually like, but it was very speedy for me! My nails look great and it was only $45 for acrylic powder nails. Thank you!!!
I absolutley adore Kevin and the other staff here!! They are so kind and friendly! Kevin is beyond talented and I've never left without a gigantic smile on my face!!
Staff is friendly and nice nail polish selection to choose from. That’s where the positive ends. Been here 4x and all 4 times I have had an issue. Nail polish poorly or unevenly applied. Most of the acrylic nails break in the corners and within a week nails get caught on everything only to break further. Designs are limited but done nicely. My biggest pet peeve, the salon’s dirty and disgusting interior. Floors, nail tables, & foot baths are ALWAYS dirty. They wipe the old clients acrylic/nail clippings onto the floor and rarely clean it up. I have never seen them sanitize the work stations between guests/clients. Very friendly staff but very unsanitary conditions for clients/guests. Would recommend if you only care about the low prices.

Went back 3wks after I left the review to give them a second chance. Nail tech (only man there) was running behind so I chose my color and waited. I got called to his chair where he stated he read my review and was sorry I wasn’t happy with their service. Then showed me he sterilizes his tools. (If you read the above review, I never said anything about tools not being sterile or bad service. I said they need to learn how to clean the shop and THEIR STATIONS between clients.) He continued this behavior for almost 3 minutes before I asked if this was going to be his attitude for the day with me. He continued, so I told him he was making me uncomfortable and I left. I gave you a chance to FIX things based on my review but you thought it would be better to HARASS ME about my honest review rather than learn from it. I will never go back and will not ever recommend this place. Price is great, cleanliness is lacking and poor attitudes when you could have simply learned something and made your business better. ????????♀️
