I came back to Le Nails #2 to give them another chance maybe the tech was having a bad day as it was right before Christmas. When I walked in there the Manager or owner whatever he is sat me at his table and proceeded to yell at me and put me down for leaving the first review in front of everyone in the salon. He refused to give me service and kicked me out. Then as I was walking to my car and while sitting in my car he was at the window watching me. I am gonna contact the BBB and who ever I need to to have this place closed down. No one deserves to be yelled at and disrespected like that ever no matter what! I will let everyone know about this place and the owners. Please save your self and don't go.

I am not and was not happy with this place for a full set I was charge 85.00 and they made me pay before they completed my nails they were too big for my fingers to long and the paint job was horrible I told the lady I didn't like it and she didn't care at all. I came home and called the manager and he was rude and didn't care about my concerns or even offered to fix it or even a refund. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!!
The man did such an amazing job as always! He is very gentle and precise I go to him every time also the ladies are so friendly and sweet, it’s very peaceful there and great place if you have social anxiety, no more than ten customers allowed. Plenty of colors to choose from, super clean, and worth every penny!! 11 out of 10 do recommend stopping by for a visit if you want perfect nails and perfect service ????
I went in and did not have an appointment. I was treated very well and came out with my nails looking amazing. I will definitely go back.
My roommate came before Christmas to le nails in Wallace wasn’t satisfied and left a review of the bad experience of the nail tech only taking less then 30 min to do a full set and design then the lady told her she had to pay her befor the tech to continue so she left a review then today February 16 2023 she proceeds to give them another try so we went in and the nail tech told her that he remembered her and that she made a bad review in Google and he was very upset and proceeds to tell her that I can’t do your nails today or ever again and refused service and let me tell you no one hardly goes to this salon cause first time we went it was empty and today same thing and with that being said I wouldn’t recommend this place cause management is so rude to your face and don’t have great customer service skills so wouldn’t recommend and I will be contacting the better business bureau and whoever else I need to to get this place shut down
My mom and I have more than two months getting service from the hard working people and we are so happy with ours nails we will not change to another place. We recommend this place for everyone that wants to have nice nails and Thanks for you time Le Nails people, honest and sweet people.
As always Andy has got me right I love this nail shop as been going for over 20 years when he moved to wallace I followed him and staff are awesome ❤️
The owners here are very unfriendly and not customer focused. They do not have prices listed and expect the customer to understand them when asking questions. Without list prices, it is hard to anticipate and understand. They are not friendly and act as though they do not want business. This is not a one time experience. This is the second time in two different years and the attitude is the same. No spa atmosphere. Owner had phone in background on ballgame and soap opera on television. This is my last visit. Poor customer service.
I go to Andy every time now. My nails and hands are beautiful. He does an amazing job every time. He is quick but precise and takes pride in his work. You should go here.
