New owners took over. I gave them a few chances, it was hard for them to match gel polish for nails to regular polish for toes. They kept grabbing the wrong numbers and had to be corrected several times. Very rough on nails and fingers. They filed my skin on a few fingers and caused them to get blisters. Nails also didn’t last 3 weeks like they normally do. Prices have also been raised. It saddens me because I have enjoyed going there over the last 8 years but now I will not be returning.
My first and last trip. The young man who started my pedicure was great but the middle aged woman took over halfway through for some unknown reason and I didn't receive the services promised on the menu for the package I chose and I guess because I'm fat it's ok to be rude to me. Never again.
Michelle is amazing! I got acrylic nails a couple weeks ago somewhere else and they were awful. Very thick and crooked. Michelle went to work and when she was done I was amazed! They look natural. Thanks for excellent service!
