I understand that it’s close to the holidays and you’re busy but focus on the person sitting in front of you. Many times I asked for him to shorten which I would assume they would all match except when I notice many fingers are different lengths which look absolutely ridiculous. I’m not a person to complain so when I have said it more than 5 times I won’t say it again and just not come back. My pointer finger isn’t even straight. This is not acceptable that I have to feel uncomfortable trying to ask you to fix something which is your job you do everyday. Now not all the techs are terrible because the girl next to me was FANTASTIC and I was instantly jealous I didn’t get someone who wanted to show me the same respect. Then when I went to pay and he told me the cost for a fill was $45 bucks and there’s a processing fee of $1 I was shocked. You offer a service with a cost that keeps going up and now you want a processing fee. NO!!!THATS MIND BLOWING. I understand it’s just a $1 but still. Yes I still tipped the tech even though I was upset but I will not return. Gel Nail right around the corner is 100 percent better work and better customer service.

I was referred to this nail salon by my co worker. looked at the reviews and decided to give them a try. I went with Kasey and she did a great job. It was very relaxing on a Monday. She did a full set with a pedi and got my nails looking right again. I work in the service industry and we can't always base the service off reviews. Service industry workers are entitled to have off days and the first thing customers like to do is run to Google or yelp for a bad review. People forget that we are human too. Thank you Kasey for your customer service and doing a great job on my nails. I will be back!
I don’t usually leave reviews but sometimes it’s hard to find someone who can do basic nails with no bumps, lumps, or thick acrylics. But the man who did my nails did and amazing job. QThey’re smooth and have a really great shape!
I usually never leave reviews but I decided to let y’all know how in love I am. I’ve been coming here for like a year and a half faithfully and always leave satisfied. I usually go to Hannah or Kasey do my nails but everyone there does great pedicures.

The lady in the first chair to the right has exquisite precision with nails! All I have to say is Perfect. She took the design I showed her and literally flipped it into the most beautiful creation ever and I had so many compliments on her beautiful work.
