4/2022 Update: Not sure if the business was sold to someone else because the service quality has gone down substantially. I’ve been coming here since the early to mid 2000s and don’t see Mr Lee or Ms Tina any longer. The women who did mine and my daughter’s spa pedicures did a horrible job. They each pulled the meat from under our big toe nails creating ingrown toe nails that bled profusely. We each ended up getting infections and my daughter had to see a podiatrist to fix it. I thought it was maybe a one off and tried going in 2 more times despite the previous bad experience and was blown off each time. I was told rudely they were too busy each time.l and told to come back. The last time was the 3rd strike for me. I will not be going back sadly. Not only did I receive a terrible pedicure the prices have gone up significantly. What was once $25 is now $50. Run don’t walk.
Previous: The price and service are pretty good, although it can be hit and miss with quality and attention to detail with some particular people. I do miss when they offered military, senior and student 10% discounts. The prices have steadily gone up over the years, but you still get quality service for this area and they don’t nickel and dime you for every little thing.
I have gone here a handful of times now and they have done a good job each time! It is fair prices and a nice staff. These were my most recent nails :)
The staff was nice and very helpful. This was my first pedicure and I decided to go with the more expensive volcano pedicure and I did not regret it. There was a nice calm atmosphere and great music as well.
I've been coming here for last 4 years and Diane and the rest of staff keeps my Shrek feet tame and soft! I love this place. 5 Stat rating for me and my lady. I myself only gets pedicures so that's my experience personally
So normally they do a very good job on my nails. I get acrylics done and most of the time an older gentleman does my nails. This time I was so excited because I haven't my nails done in over a yr! I asked for a peach and purple ombre and got like a pink with white. I noticed the color and ignored it because it is still pretty but then when he got done, he did not clean underneath my nail so I have caked up stuff under and 1 of my nails on my pointer finger if a little crooked from being filed to much on 1 side. I am mainly disappointed because I paid 70$ when I was done. I'm not one to say just do it again or fix it but I am sad they did me like that.
I came in for a refill because my nail tech wasn’t available. The lady make them so fat and kept leaving and coming back. I won’t recommend
The guy working there did my nails soo good, the acrylic goes all the way to my cuticles and the design came out better than I thought it was. I paid $75 for these and am very satisfied.
Average at best.
Good customer service and pretty fast but can’t do simple designs when requested. Definitely not my favorite spot to get serviced.
