This place is amazing! I appreciate the good training you gave your staff. The trip was worthwhile, as was the cost to me. Every time from Bellevue, I drive there. Here in Bellevue, I don't like any nail salons. Additionally, they rush in and overcharge. Thank you Amy for amazing businessand service!
Great color selection, comfortable chairs, and good prices. The don’t take reservations online despite there being a website but that’s good to know for anyone inquiring. Unfortunately one of my fingers was cut due to the nail technician not soaking my cuticles prior to cutting them, and the pedicure massage was a bit lacking. Overall decent experience if you’re looking for some quick service and nice ladies yo do your nails
I've been doing my nails here for quite a while 16 years. I tried different salons and I always end up coming back here her things last longer than other places just a couple days ago she did in my nails I called her up and she's always squeezing me in on the last minute.
She did this freestyle for me because I waited so patiently so patiently even though it took forever but this is what she did I end up falling in love with my nails.
I will always get my nails done by Amy
Great nail salon! Went here for dip powder nails and pedicure. This was my first time doing dip powder and the nail tech went through all the steps and was so gentle. Pedicure was relaxing. They have different levels of pedicure. The more add ons the more expensive. I did the basic one and it was perfect. The nail tech meticulously got my toe nails done and spent a long time massaging my legs. Despite the evening rush and stress, they handled it calmly and had a positive attitude. I felt bad for coming in the last two hours, but they were so professional and welcoming! I’ll definitely be coming back!
It had been a while since I had done a mani/pedi and my big feet were quite a task. So, I knew it would take a bit longer than normal. However, 5 things went wrong.
1. The woman working on my feet took nearly 90 minutes and forgot to paint my nails.
2. After she was done, I was supposed to get a manicure, but the woman doing that noticed the previous gal did not do a great job and started working on my feet again. She really dug into the sides of my toenails aggressively. In fact, I had problems walking for a few days because of how aggressive she was. A week later and my foot is still red.
3. After working on my feet for a second time, she then went to my manicure. While she was clipping my nails she looked away and missed a full clip resulting in her yanking skin away with the nail that led to bleeding. A week later and my finger is still rather sensitive.
4. The whole thing took over 2 hours while my partner only took maybe an hour.
5. The women there were making comments to eachother that sure seemed like they were either making fun of the gal who was first working on me, or straight up about me. Either way, it did not seem very professional. However, because of language/culture barrier, and i cannot difinitely say what they were talking about, I am willing to look past this one a bit.
Ultimately my hands and feet look good. However, this was not my first time in a nail salon and I know both my hands and feet have been in worse condition. We also paid for the premium treatment and it certainly did not feel like that.
Maybe what I experienced was a fluke, but to have two different employees screw up and have it take double the time of my partner who had the same procedure was unacceptable. Which is really a bummer because I live really close and everyone in the salon was talking about how they've been going here for a decade. Guess I'll just keep looking for a new salon.
Christmas nails. After 3 weeks. Still looking really good!
They have over 1000 choices of dip colors and they apply it well! I always go with a shimmering color- so much better then my glittery 90s usual colors. My nails have grown so well and healthier then any other salon I’ve visited. They usually file off the color but last time they used acetone and heat which really messed up my cuticles- DONT let them do that to you. Tell them you want it removed by the drill. However, this picture is from almost two weeks after my visit (cuticles oiled daily). Pardon the dark picture but the fact it’s still shining and applied shows me I should continue my patronage to Lavish Nails. I usually see the owner and she’s booked a few weeks out for hand nail services, also she doesn’t do pedicures.
I highly recommend Amy , she always does a excellent job on my manicure..
