I have been coming to Lavie for over a year now. Love that they are very accommodating as to seeing me without an actual appointment when I call in on the day that I am in Westerville. Today was the first time I was not totally satisfied, but Yen took care of the problem with a very understanding and kind heart! All of the employees are always nicely dressed and friendly! And their prices are reseasonable. I enjoy utilizing their establishment.
What a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly cheerful and skilled. My girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves so much, we have appointments scheduled for next month. A+
I just needed my toenails cut. I'm semi-disabled and cannot reach them. The gentleman was very kind, gentle and it took no time at all. I will definitely go back+
If I could provide a negative rating I would. I had HORRIFIC service today. Not only was I physically assaulted by the manager after receiving a refund for an inaccurate invoice — he hung up on me when I requested a refund.
Please ladies - DO NOT go to la vie. It’s clear that management thinks it’s okay to be aggressive towards women and are simply rude.

Super friendly staff (hence the 3 stars) but unfortunately both times I have gotten a gel manicure there they have chipped the same day I got them done and start to peel on the sides by the third day.
It was amazing, very fast and really want to know what the customer wants. Also very fun too, the last nails I had I got a ton of compliments on! I definitely recommend!
First time here. It was great. I will definitely return. The staff is so nice, and the service was great. My nails look great, unfortunately I didn't get either tech name that did my toes and fingers , but I will definitely ask and request next time. 5 stars for sure from me.
