I have been coming to this salon since everything reopened in 2020. Kelly is so sweet she always remembers my name is communicative and kind! I never make an appointment. I just show up and when I show up and I can tell it’s busy as a good customer I do let them know I can return I’m not busy and they give me an exact estimate on when I should return and when I do return, they always sit me down and make sure that I’m taken care of even if they don’t start right away.
I appreciate the salon because they are close knit Friendly and hilarious they communicate well they make jokes we all have a good time but most importantly they care a lot about their service to you. They take their time and fine detail everything.
I appreciate their attention to shape, and the amount of time they take on detailing the shape and making sure it’s exactly what you asked for! I will always recommend this salon. I left a yelp review on my first experience, and my first experience has been my every experience it never changes or how awesome they are. Thank you so much! See you in two weeks!
I didn’t catch the name of the gal who did my nails today, but Kelly was present and made sure I was taken care of by the other lovely women
So I came to this nail salon for my first time two days ago for my friends birthday. They fit us in nicely to their schedule which I definitely enjoyed. Now I am a nail bitter so getting my nails done I tend to enjoy because one it stops me from biting and two makes me have self confidence. Well when the lady who did my nails was laughing about it I tried not to take it to personally but then I realized during our session she rushed my nails. I have uneven nails and she even nicked my skin without an apology. Yes I wanted sort nails but to simply sit there and make fun on my nails really makes me uncomfortable. Within time my nails will grow and it will be easier but don’t make fun of a paying client. My friend and I started at the same time and got the same set of nails just different lengths. I was finished an hour before her while I sat and waited for her to finish. My nails are uneven and very bulky on top it the cut burns.
Update, I went back and saw Kelly. Which she redid my nails and made me feel like a valued customer. I really am enjoying my birthday nails. Thank you for fixing them Kelly!!!
This nail salon is good. Kinda pricey for my personal wallet. I went with my two daughters one 12 and the other 9 for manicures and pedicures and spent over $200.
Worst dip nails I’ve ever had done. Cloudy base on every nail and when I asked about it before they were set, one of the workers told me it would not show through. I complained repeatedly, the tech told me that it was my natural nail! Despite my repeated complaints, I was charged full price plus $5 for painting the ends white (she didn’t use powder for the French). I paid $48 for powder nails that look horrible. One finger has the powder up against my skin. I’m choked, I’ll need to pay someone else to fix these. My pedicure ($33) was okay. The tech added acetone to the polish and that always makes me wonder. I would not recommend this establishment.
My mom, grandma,little cousin and I went today for my moms birthday... it was great! Highly recommend Kelly and jasmine!! we got manicures and pedicures... felt so relaxing with the music and massage chairs. They made sure we were happy with are designs and if we needed anything! Thank you guys you made our day

$71 for a full set and this design… most expensive I’ve paid. Satisfied with the outcome but my nail tech did stop half way through my session to assist other customers. Was left sitting for 10 minutes until another tech came to finish. Decent experience but will be looking elsewhere for better customer service and price.
(For additional context: I did call ahead of time and walk-in’s without appointments appeared to be more of a priority)
The nails didn’t even last 2 weeks , and they drilled my nails to the last layer . You can tell the difference on how thick my nail is supposed to be, how far the drilling went. I’m never going back again , this is what I get for going to a nail shop anyway . I took them off cause they looked ugly and my nails feel very weak.
Been looking for a nail tech that doesn't rush and takes the time to do an exceptional job. Tony was so great. He soaked my old set off instead of popping them off and did a phenomenal job with shaping and smoothing. I am in love with my new set. Thanks Tony!!
