What can I say??? Holly is just great at nails!!! Some of the pedicurists leave something to be desired though... The massages are too quick and the prices have been known to be extremely high... More quality for what we pay for would be more ideal... Also, the massage chairs are old. They need to be stronger to keep me happy.
When I got here I asked one of the nail technicians which of the two would be easiest for her she quickly said the cherry ones so she proceeded to prep my nails. After prepping my nails harshly I asked if they had a selection of acrylic powders she ignored the question and tried to make small talk. Long story short she charged me $50 but didn’t listen to me on the shape or color I wanted.
They are always professional and so polite I love the whole team... Highly recommend especially my favorite Yvonne and Holly.. Tiffanie is the best with the wax
They no longer have a tanning bed. Got rid of it years ago. Besides, this salon is so dirty, I wouldn't use it anyway.
Buzz cuts are very reasonable price here, and quite good. It's crowded and busy, but if you want a simple, cheap, neat haircut, this is the place to go.
I've been getting haircuts here for almost a decade now, and they know me and my twin brother. They used to give us lollipops after haircuts. Now we're too old for them. ;)
I always loved going to this place for my haircut when I was a youngster. I lived in mountain view CA since I was 13 years old. My dad took me here cause it was a good and inexpensive for a haircut. Been going to this spot ever since, till this day. Susan, my regular barber, is very friendly. I love how she cuts hair real quick and keeps appointments. I may stay in San Jose most of the time, but I'll always make the drive to mountain view for my haircut, no matter.
Good job on a pedicure some time ago, but when I came an hour after opening for waxing, no one was there to do it and they could not tell me when somepne would be there. A business should have someone available for all of its advertised services or let clients know (an “appointments recommended for waxing” sign would suffice).
I got a haircut by this very pretty yet humble girl named Tiffany. She was very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the conversation and also really liked the haircut. She helped me within 2 minutes of me having walked in without an appointment. Id recommend this friendly place to anyone.
