I love it here. I purchased the wrong brand of twist hair but didn’t notice until I got back home. I spent over 150 and when I went to return due to Covid they couldn’t do refunds but he credit me my money with store credit. Amazing customer service friendly staff.
Feel super rushed to buy my hair dye here and I told them the purple hair dye I had previously bought there turned out blue and the assistant said I was doing something wrong so they basically said I was lying and that I could go show them my blonde hair to see why the purple hair dye was blue.... not shopping here ever again. There are many other beauty supplies that actually care to make their customers happy and don’t treat them like they’re thieves..
I drove from San Bernardino because the hair i needed they don't sell in the beauty supply store by me. it was worth the drive! The workers are very nice and helpful and even gave me samples to try. I will definitely be back!
I was looking for this sweet lady when she closed her shop inside the Avalon swap meet. Lost now found the staff is beautiful, I purchased a few product's went all the way home looked at my receipt and had the same amount of money I paid with, adore this place went back and said mama you gave me too much money back. Returned the change ???? good deed for this day! Where's my Halo ????????????????
This store has racist owner. They want the African american money but do not want to respect us. They over price there supplies . Owner attacked black girl. He went wrong by doing that! She looked like she was fighting for her life. Very sad !
Always a pleasure going into this beauty Supply store the owner and her workers are very friendly and helpful . Normal price range for weaves ,wigs and hair supplies. CHeck them out
You need to watch Hannah the owner she will stand there and lie to you in a minute She sold me a wig and change it out when I wasn't watching. I WANT A WIG I could part where I want to. Be on the WATCH when you go there.

Owner is racist, as i was getting my lace cut i put the stocking cap j baught to try on 3 wigs and the guy owner was in the back and so he locked me in thw store , i kept demanding they look at there cameras and they refused police where call and basically they told him i payed for it and he banned me from his store , i wouldnt shop here if u black or Latino because this man followed me around the store and accused me of steal a 1$ item after i spent 80$ in his store smh and would not even give me my money back but karma ....
