Addendum: Unfortunately, my last couple experiences were fair, at best. Having my nails done while the technician watched movies on her cell phone.....almost acts like no one is in her company. Just plainly rude and discourteous!
Note above...............I have had great difficulty finding a decent nail salon....
I had a great experience here! People were friendly, funny, and, most importantly, did a fantastic job on my ???? nails! I will return!!????
I returned to LA Nails yesterday, 5/19, and had the usual Dip manicure. I was fortunate to have Jessica do my ???? nails!!! She did a phenomenal job shaping my nails and attending to my cuticles and dry skin. She is the BOMB! I will be staying with her.....for a long time!!!! Girls got it together when it comes to customer satisfaction!!!
Unfortunately, not too many salons do anymore.

I came in town to visit a few friends! We happened upon LA Nails and they were kind enough to take the 3 of us without an appointment. 3 pedicures and two full mail sets. They finished us up in a timely manner and shared a few laughs throughout the process. Great experience and great nails!! Worth stopping in for a service with Michael and “his boss” lol!
I've been getting my nails done here for 5 years now. Michael and the staff do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I finally found my place!!! I made an appointment for 2 pm today by 2:05 I was sitting in a clean spa chair with a fresh liner in the foot tub. Clean tools came out of the autoclave and I got a wonderful, careful pedicure. The massage was lovely and she took her time. The shop is very clean and organized and the workers are nice and friendly.
Kim gave me the BEST mani pedi I've ever had. I made another appointment. The shop is immaculate. I also got my brows done and they look great too.
I recently moved to the area and needed a new nail salon closer to my house. I am so glad I tried L.A. Nails because they NAILED IT ;) Can't wait to return for my next set.

Made appt. Given a name to ask for. Asked when I got there & rudely got told that person was unavailable. First visit. Ever. Waited. Sat down. Rudely told I was keeping the nail tech waiting at a chair. Greeted nail tech, said what I wanted. Silence. Repeated. More silence. She says No English.Meanwhile she starts the Pedi(???) Owner comes over. Listens to me, says Okay and walks off. 2 minutes later I left with wet feet. Still silence in the room???? Found a great salon half mile away.
