This is my favorite place to go to. The people who work there are not only hilarious, but incredibly detailed in their work. They make you feel like an old friend even if you’re a stranger, and my nails feel so pampered when they’re done.

I went yesterday to Country nails located in the Kmart plaza in Springfield Ma and they did a horrible job. I ended up peeling off my nails and went to LA Nails TODAY and had Steve redo my nails. It was the best experience I've ever had when getting my nails done. He was professional, gave me his opinion, and made sure that my nails were perfect for when I walked out that door. I will definitely recommend him over and over again thank you very much Steve. (better known as) Dr. Nails!!!!!

Steve was very funny.He likes to joke around. If your not laughing your not having fun. Shop was very clean. My nails came out beautiful. He does the most up to date nail techniques. This is a very modern nail shop, with a traditional twist! Bring your ideas and I'm sure they can make the a reality!

As i was doing some research, i I've gotten a great feeling of confidence about this place despite the appearance, and i have told my wife to try it out... Moments later, she told me the results.. Outstanding work of art on nails!!, especially for valentines Day.. A recommendation to anyone who's looking for that unique quality of a job well done.

Could be a little cleaner but he did a fantastic job. The lady next to him did a beautiful job on the girl who's nails she was doing too... Then they all started lifting two days after they were done. It was so bad i didn't go back.

steven is nasty and rude. I told him while he was doing my nails. it lifted and it needed to be filed off. he started yelling, cursing profanity and gave me his tool and told me to do it myself. and the foot piece he kicked it at me. he was so disgusting to me infront of other clients. after his bipolar episode he took payment and then threw the chair over the counter scaring me and my son. steven did my nails for a long after that I am never going back he is rude and unprofessional. and suffers from bipolar disorder. he has a problem if you show him an issue on the nail. he does good nails but his attitude is nasty.

Heard they did nice nails here. Well I just called to make an appointment and the guy was soooo rude. I asked to make the appointment for today with Steve. He was so rude on the phone. His tone was horrible I will not give my business to someone who treats their customers that way. Needless to say I WILL NOT recommend this place.

THe owner is DISRESPECTFUL and rude... Horrible job..I will never go back...I had to get another pedicure two days later to fix the mess they made
