The first time I went there I loved my nails, today was a different story. The guy was distracted by his phone the whole time. My nails are all different shapes. The paint job is terrible. I got outside in the light and I cried. I am at home filing them into the right shapes myself. I have chewed up skin all around my nails. So much for treating myself today. Caused more stress.
And that was just the manicure. 50.00 for a full foot service. I can paint my toes better, my toe was bleeding and the bottom of my feet are still rough.
Nails came off within 4 days extremely unsatisfied and want my money back

I go here quite often, and never have I been satisfied with the look of my nails. They’re always uneven, flat, and not well rounded out. I ask for a coffin style acrylic and then they charge me extra for it. Whenever my mother goes, she gets good service and good nails. What is it that makes me different? They always rip me off, overcharging me for simple things. I got a set of acrylics and it came out to 50 dollars, and that is ridiculous, especially when I‘m receiving attitude and rudeness for being polite. I always have to go home and fix my nails myself. They’re extremely rude and rip you off and do a horrible job. End of story.
Full set of acrylics with gel polish is supposed to last at LEAST 2 weeks right? And not pop off after a couple days like a cheap pair of Claire’s stick on nail. Oh did I mention it was 50 dollars for a regular shmegular set. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.
After soaking our feet they began to trim my mothers nails and place them ON HER LAP!!! Then proceeded to yell about her legs being too dry and her feet not being well kept. After my mother turning down the offer for an eyebrow wax, the nail technician scoffed at her! Would not want my worst enemy to have a pedicure done here!
This was the worst manicure I have ever had in my lifetime! I actually ended up finalizing my manicure On My Own by taking the file and finishing up the poor attempt to clip/trim nails. The cuticles were undone, the nails were not buffed, and little effort was made to smoothen out the nails ridges.
The woman acted as if she was doing me a favor and began giving me an attitude when it came time for me to simply explain the importance of being consistent when it comes to nails. It was relatively embarrassing to be directing her as to how to professionally finish a man's nails. I I emphasized that I did not want any clear coat rather I would like it simply buffed and she was not happy about the fact that this might require some additional work. I was extremely disappointed and disheartened at what should have been a very simple procedure.
I reluctantly still give her a 20% tip so I wouldn't be looked at as a person who did not provide an appropriate tip.
I must say that the pedicure was exceptional based on the fact that I was coerced into upgrading the pedicure which I did enjoy. However, she also did a poor job of buffing the nails.
I don't give more than one star to the facility as a whole for men. Maybe women are happy because they get to cover their nails with nail polish. They never get to see what a poor buff job would look like. So if there are any men who care about exceptional mani-pedis, this is not the place for you.
Save your money. The guy I had was way too heavy handed when it came to filing. Didn't ask for gel, gave me gel & charged me for it anyway. Which the gel was SUPER thick and didn't go on nice, leave lumps & bumps. Also cut them way shorter than I asked. Got very rude with me when I said the shape I wanted. I was shocked when he told me 40$ , Yet, I was still nice enough to give a 9$ tip. Never again.
They did a nice job. The lady who did my nails was very pleasant and I would absolutely go back!
