My first time going here: The stylist that braided my hair braided it EXACTLY how I wanted. Her hands were so gentle I fell asleep. She even charged less than my go to salon for the exact same style and they didn’t even get the style right. Highly recommend and definitely coming back!
Went in for a crochet job, the girl is separating the hair, which causes perfectly good hair to frizz, the hair referred to is water wave.. after letting her know she ruined the hair, they start talking about me in their language. I called to speak with a manager or owner and was told she retired, then told someone would call me back. Never got that call.
Update - 10/27/2022 - I appreciate the owner getting back to me to resolve this matter. I showed up yesterday to get it fixed, however, the braider onsite couldn't accommodate me. Its a 50 min commute back and forth to this shop. I spent time, gas and money to no avail. I asked for a refund, the owner was unwilling to. Presently, I don't recommend this shop for crochet braids and will not be returning.

This is my first Google review. Sadly, it's not a good one. My second visit will certainly be my last. Had my crochet done by a novice or perhaps extern or an apprentice. I've gotten crochet braids for years now. The braid pattern that was done on my hair is bulky in the back. The installation of the crochet hair is loose and the placement doesn't match the photo I presented. I could have done it myself with my limited braiding skills. Paying $120 for a service from an unskilled person is not how I want to spend my hard earned money during these times.
I've been here October, November and now December and I luv their work! Clean place, very professional and friendly staff. I will continue to come here as long as they keep up the excellent work, thank u ladies, I'm bad with names, sorry.
I posted 3 different styles....3 knotless braids, 3 twist and 5 kinky twist......honestly the twist style on my own hair I wasn't too happy bcuz of the excess gel and maybe I should have gotten them bigger, but I still came back
Incredible service! I needed to book a last minute appointment for my wife so she could braid her hair for a vacation. We needed to book an appointment really quickly and luckily we came across this salon. Her braids looked amazing - the best braids I’ve ever seen her in. My wife said the staff was really friendly and went above and beyond to make sure it looked exactly how she was wanted. 100% highly recommend
It was a pleasant, clean,friendly atmosphere. They take their time and only one person on your head. It didn't even take 4 hours. Everyone does a beautiful job.
Don’t waste ur time here, Go somewhere else. Had me waiting one hour and half from my appointment time . Never again.
Just got my braids done by Rama, the owner. (10/25/20) The person that wrote down my appointment accidentally put me down on the wrong day, but Rama was extremely apologetic, accommodated me and told me to come back when she was finished with the girls hair that she was doing. Rama is extremely warm, friendly and welcoming. She made sure numerous times that my braids weren’t too tight and constantly offered to redo them if they were too tight. They have soo many different hair colors to choose from. She truly puts her love, time, dedication into her work and takes so much pride in it. I asked her to leave out my edges and she did just that, she even made sure to ask me how much I wanted her to leave out. I will definitely be coming back, thank you Rama!
