Went to the 1st place open to fix my nail that was split in the middle of the nail bed. The tech i had didn't know what he was doing. He was successful at putting on a tip so that my nail wouldn't pop off, but the quality was bs. The nails were uneven & mis-shaped, and the gel started peeling/chipping in 3 days.
Horrible. I asked for a simple acrylic set, nothing fancy, just to get used to getting my nails"did." The woman LAYERED the acrylic like she was being 1988 back. It was visibly lumpy and uneven. She was annoyed that I wanted her to fix the work; told me that's what acrylic looks like. The mgr. came apologized, fixed it as best she could, and then UPSOLD me a gel finish which I didn't request. She then claimed she"misunderstood." I paid 45USD for the mess in the photos.
On top of that, the place is FILTHY; not a sanitation system in site.
Never again.
Went here for eyebrow waxing and the technician removed nearly all of my eyebrow hair. I was in shock when she said she was done. When I told her she removed way too much hair, she replied that my eyebrows are thin and all she did was shape them. She was also difficult when I asked for a discount, but took $1 off as if it made a difference. You can clearly see from the picture that too much hair was removed and they are not naturally pencil thin as she claimed.
Take your money elsewhere. There’s a reason the shop was empty.
Arrived at 912am to get a full set Halloween themed… NO ONE WAS THERE!! Called and they said they were on the way… waited 40 mins and decided to just leave. I will never ever come back to this place
Gel pedicure peeled off two days later ! Gel on nails was very sloppy as well . Machelle was very rude and did a rush job ! Won’t be back .

After being a customer of Michelle for years, she always had my lashes on point. She has loss a loyal client. Her bank charged my account 2 times after I paid her in cash. She stated her card machine wasn't working. I understand things happen, But Michelle has done nothing to resolve this matter. 2 claims had to be filed with my bank. I'm still waiting for the investigation to be complete on 2 credit purchases that I didn't sign for. This is not how you do business. The better business bureau has been contacted. So warning don't use your card here!

Michelle is a sweetheart, and she's short but cute. She does a good job on your hands and it's another young lady that does your feet she is great too.
Always loved the Michelle do my nails. Today I met the new tech Mya. She did mines and my lady feet. She did an awesome job. She took her time and got us right. I can’t wait to see her again. Thanks Mya.
