I found this place after searching for a respectful beauty business since

"Feel Beauty Supply" are the worse and rude.

Kudos Beauty Supply has the kindest employees, service and decent pricing. This is my new go to for beauty supplies. The cashier today was super kind and so was the gentleman who accompanied her. They made my day.

This store is in my community and I regularly shop here. They were in fact prejudice and even during covid 19 when customer were limited. One day I confronted the manager told him that this ill treatment would result in lack of customers or even a lawsuit. Since then I've not experienced it. The staff is nice but have basic knowledge so you will need to come with your own knowledge. Also at times the staff does seem preoccupied but I guess they are young and not paid much. They have a good selection but Prices are usually slightly higher so I go to target for shampoos etc. I only shop here for certain products. Overall they have improved and hopefully they continue.

I looove going to a place and people are friendly. In a saturated market, where there are at least 2 beauty supply stores within a half mile from each other and prices are not that competitive, service is paramount. This store does not disappoint. I came in, I browsed, I got what I needed from the "hair employee" and had friendly conversation with who I assume is the owner. The point is, I left feeling really good, and knowing I'll come back.

Yes, the wigs are slightly more expensive than online, as with other stores like this, but that's to be expected. If you're service oriented like me and want to go to a beauty supply store that treats you like a real customer, go there! You'll be happy you did!

I went into this place with daughter the other day and the staff is very rude. We were looking and the products and one of the workers told us you open it you buy it. We were shock cause we never opened anything. Then the Korean owner had the nerve to say she saw us on the camera. I was so upset at the rude people in that store. They make you feel like a criminal and make false claims. I will never shop at that dump. I don’t recommend that place to anyone. They are so rude. I hope they go out of business. I am a resident in Throgsneck for many years and never been treated so bad.

They do not value their costumers. I like to spend my money at local small businesses in my community. I had a horrible experience here and am super disappointed, considering I could simply go to Target across the parking lot.

One staff member used the word "Ghetto" to describe a hairbrush tool I use a home, which is degrading and disrespectful. Also, disappointing because she is a female of color herself.

I asked the manager for assistance regarding a Devacurl product and in a dismissive attitude he told me they did not have it. The manager and employees proceeded to be rude, dismissive, and simply unkind to me. They have a bias toward patrons in their community and do not treat people with respect and dignity.
