I loved my experience there, I've had so many issues with my nails breaking and overall my nails being far from perfect. My nail tech paid attention to every detail and was efficient insted of other places where they just want to get it over with. I can tell these people value their customers and it's a great service. I can definitely say these nails are the best I have ever gotten and I'm so happy a friend recommended this place.
This was my spot for months before they change to new management.
I am disgusted with the new employees. I truly understand & respect about speaking your own language but I will not tolerate when the employees are making fun of the customers. Years ago I broke both my toe nails due to dropping a weight & they constantly kept making jokes, laughing and even gathered around while getting my pedicure. I am self conscious about the situation & I went for my wedding nails.
The old team was much better and respected the customers so much.
I am disgusted and disappointed with this new team. Now I need to find a respectful & better salon!
My girls and i really liked KT with the previous owners. Not anymore! My daughter went in to have a set put on for her winter formal. They said they were very busy but did it anyways. My daughter showed a picture of what she wanted (like she always does) Then they started cuting and never asked her if she liked the length. Then they put on a color that was not really close to the color she wanted. She should have said she didn't like it right away but figured she could deal with the color. I called the next day and explained what had happened and asked if she could come get them redone. Jay said yes. So when we went in she literally got told it was her fault by 2 different people and made to feel like she did something wrong. After that my daughter decided to just have them taken off and call it a day. I went up to Jay before I left and told him how unprofessional it was to treat her like that and he totally dismissed me. So I said I would be writting a review. His response was, "you do what you have to do!" So here it is. Terrible job which can happen, unprofessional, unexceptable!
Upon arriving for the first time, I was greeted. I told them what I wanted and then they pointed me towards the nail swatches assuming I knew what I was looking for, it was a confusing first few minutes.
Cost was 80, for no chip manicure and the “specialty pedicure”, the manicure chipped within 1 week...
I was not overly impressed. It was okay work for the price I paid. Will not be returning.
Positives:
a nice array of colors, nice decor, metal tools came in sterilized pouches. Was thorough on cutting my cuticles. Gave a decent effort on my calluses.
Negatives:
Difficult to communicate with the nail technician. The massage chairs have lost their cushioning and were very uncomfortable to sit in for a long period of time. The nail files were previously used by other customers, which is unhygienic. The technician in the middle of cutting my toe’s cuticles decided to cut some of her hand’s cuticle.... they didn’t clean the pedicure basin between myself and the next customer.
I absolutely love this salon!! They never fail to disappoint me, and they’re so welcoming and kind. They also have the cutest little kid that stays there and greets everyone while they’re sitting! I love them all. Staff is very nice! 10/10

highly recommend! we were unfortunately those clients that came in last minute and stayed until 20-30 minutes after they closed but they didn’t bother to shoo us away! I got exactly what I wanted and they did nothing but take their time to make sure everything looked right. And not sure if he’s there every time but their son is just the cutest!
Wife got pedicure last week only to have serious infection causing medical treatment. We have been in contact with Lawyer so get ready to open your wallet. I can't believe you treat customers like that
