I am not from Chicago but I was in town for an event and needed to get my nails done. SuSan did a phenomenal job!! Literally the best manicure I’ve ever had. I got the “chip free” gel manicure. I am notoriously hard on manicures and they usually chip within a few days; however, it has been a week and my nails are still in perfect condition. I’m genuinely really impressed. I’m also sad that KT Nails isn’t near where I live - no one else would ever do my nails again! (A note about the photos - the pics in the car are immediately after my manicure - anything that looks like an imperfection is just the lighting. The photos on the gray blanket were taken today to show how good they still look!)
I love this salon. They are very accommodating and professional. I have never had a complaint about my nails. They have a huge choice of colors and services. Very, very nice people.
The workers inside are the sweetest, always happy to see you and take their time with their work to make sure you like it. I switched over from Romantic Nails and I’ve never been happier with this place. And the Acrylic nails stay on for over month!!! Amazing!! No chips and no loose nails !!!

I was very impressed with the service here! My first time and I’ll be coming back! My nail tech was great and she was super helpful with my designs she even got another color for me after she noticed the one I picked out wasn’t as bright as I wanted! Great salon
I got my nails done last friday evening and it's the fallowing Friday one of my nails is broke and 4 of them are peeling up from the back. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon I called 9:00 a.m. Friday morning as soon as they opened so I could make an appointment at 6:00 p.m. appointment at 6:00 p.m. I drive an hour and a 1/2 in traffic from Chicago because I Was recommended that it was a good place. I get there they're backed up. I get there they're backed up I get it! First day of holiday weekend. They did not see me until 7, they overbooked people And I had To fight just to get my nails done Before someone who had an appointment after me. Danny did my no chip And charged me $60 When I've been here before and got it for $40 the same length. It's only been 1 week 1 of my nails broke doing laundry And 4 of my nails are peeling up from the back. I understand that a company wants to make money and they don't want to turn away anybody but when you have people who make appointments who take the time to be there on time. It's really sad when you rush through an experience that I'm paying for. It's not just O get my nails done boom it's a whole distress relax this is something for me.
