I went in knowing I wanted Halloween themed but let Lee decide what to do and I absolutely love it ! He was very nice and it was a very good experience! Deff recommended!

They do a good job but they’re over priced. I called ahead for a quote and was told $45 for a full set. They charged $55. I get very short nails and a solid color, nothing fancy whatsoever. Was told the fill would be $35, they charged $45. Came in for a second fill and was charged $50. If you come in (especially wanting to pay cash) be prepared to spend a bit more than they’re telling you/advertising.

I made an appointment with this place for my wedding nails for me and a bridesmaid. I asked them if there was champagne or wine and they said it was complimentary, I also asked for a person that was good with details because it was for my wedding. Upon entering the guy who was doing my nails glanced at the design I said I wanted-it’s a weird twist on French tip nails- and he grabbed colors but said he didn’t need to see the picture again. Just in case I asked to see the color and he showed it to me and it was a completely different color than what I was wanting- but he said “this is what people like” probably 5 times and wouldn’t help me look at colors. His coworker who was doing my friends nails had to look for me. I said Nevermind on the manicure and pedicure and he started angrily talking in another language to his coworker who ignored him. My friend who ended up still getting her nails done never got offered champagne or wine or anything. Honestly very unprofessional and I’m starting to wonder if the other negative reviews are about the same guy.

**** edit: With that being said, I went back 3 months later because there’s only so many nail places in altus and they did a decent job. My nails came off in two weeks with dip though

First time at this salon, I've been to a few in town and they are mediocre at best. I was very impressed, lewis did a great job. Nails are even, smooth, sharp, shiny, no complaints.

I stopped in on a whim. I like simple nails as you can see by the picture (no filter by the way). My nails are nicely done. I’ll most definitely be back. The workers are friendly as well.

I have so many reason why I will not be back or recommend anyone to get their nails done there. First i wanted for an hour with no knowledge as to what the wait would be. i had been once before so i thought the wait would be worth it. after an hour wait i was finally sat with someone. the man said what are we getting and i said a new set keep in mind i had my natural nails. i showed him a reference picture and he told me it would be over a $100. so i said i'll just do a solid color. after i said that his attitude changed he said no let's do the picture you showed. i said no i'll do a solid color thinking my price would drop to around $70 because of my length and shape. he was filing my nails and kept pulling my hand he told relax your had you can look when i'm finished. i wasn't even trying to look so that rubbed me wrong. then he said it again you can look when i'm done i'm just filing. at that point i was annoyed he finished and then i went sit with my friend till she was done. when i went pay a lady said okay that will be $90. i asked why so she got the man that did my nails and he said i did a manicure and you didn't say anything. i said all i wanted was a new set, he said what do you not understand and just walked away. prices should be posted so you know what cost what. Very unprofessional and over priced for some simple nails.

They have wonderful artists, do great on nails and toes. I just wish they weren’t so over priced. I got a full dip set, with a cute (simple) design, and it was $80! For gel of any sort, its $20, for any design, its $20. It takes them less than an hour to do my nails. Two days later, one breaks and half the polish from the design is gone. I spent an extra amount for nails that didn’t last a week. And the worst part is half of the products they use, you can easily buy for a portion of what they charge to use it on you one time. I get you gotta keep the business running, i just think how they go about doing it is pretty excessive.

Best pedi I've had in a long time. Thank you Kai for your amazing job.. And my refill on shellac. Beautiful job. I definitely will be back. You all were very nice and made me feel good.
