Best PlaceJuice Reviews
This was my first time coming here after many months as I didn't like who did them at the beginning. I was here yesterday and got a guy name Shein . . OMG, Best Acrylic nails ever. Not sure how he did it but I have very sensitive nails and the machine makes my nails burn but Shein has a special technic that makes it pain free for me. Will definitely becoming here as long as Shein is there.
I went here today for the first time based off the reviews. I was a walk in, and luckily I was taken quickly. My pedicure came out great (regular polish) and the nail tech did a nice job, however my manicure looks pretty bad. I noticed as it got later it got busier so I'm not sure if the nail tech was rushing or if the gel polish was just cheap. I noticed the polish took almost double the normal amount of time to dry. My hands were actually starting to feel pretty hot from being under the UV light so long, which is not typical to me. Pretty upset about the manicure, the polish is all over the edges of several nails. I may give them another try since the pricing is affordable. Wondering if anyone has had similar issues or can recommend a good nail tech there? I was really hoping I'd like it there since its close to where I live.

Walked in after making an appointment and got taken in right away. I originally had SNS manicure but I decided to just do a regular gel mani. I removed the SNS powder from 7/10 of my nails and one needed to be fixed. Isabelle was my nail tech and was absolutely great. She got my nail shaped exactly how I wanted them and when I asked to file them down more, she explained to me why she couldn’t and was really nice about it. The manager (maybe the owner?) had to be the one to fix my broken nail by putting a tip on my nail and then a clear gel like coat on top. A gel mani is $22 and they charge a $2 fee for using a card which was fine because there were signs all over the place so I was aware. But they charged me an extra $5 to fix my one nail which I thought would be $3. A similar thing happened before when I got a regular pedicure there after previously having a gel pedi, and I had my friend call in advance while I was at work to ask how much it would cost to remove my gel pedi and get a regular one; the price ended up being more when I actually went in for my pedi. I hate to think that they just make up a price as they go, and that there’s no set price when it comes to fixing nails or removing gel polish, but I think that this is the case with this salon. Anyway, I really like the way Isabelle (or maybe her name was Isabella) did my nails so I’d definitely go back as long as I can get her.
I have been coming here for years. The person who did my nails was very kind however she did my gel manicure in 5 minutes. legit 5 minutes. 1 minute removing my cuticles and a quick file that took 5 seconds and then the gel. I paid for a service when she didn’t even massage my hands. How can you not massage them? They are dry after all the products they use? She also asked me to clean under my nails myself. I was stunned. I never had a nail person ask me to clean my own nails. It’s almost like the owners don’t want to work but the employees always take their time and provide good service. Don’t get me wrong if the salon is busy I can understand to move a bit quicker, but it wasn’t
Busy at all!!! I legit had a 5 minute manicure she didn’t even shape my nails. She lightly filed in less then 10 seconds i don’t like to knit pick or complain so i stayed quiet but I pay 27 plus tip and didn’t even get a good service. The nails themselves looked decent but it’s the principle that I’m paying for a service that is supposed to be relaxing. Do your job and clean my nails your self and massage them. You have to care about your clients.
If I could have give them 0 I definitely would. Two weeks ago I got a set of acrylic and with some reason the lady who takes care of me decided to do something different and end of my nails they charge me 50$ for acrylic!! I didn't complain anything because I even couldn't understand what she is talking about. And guess what, my 50$ acrylic nails had broken in a week! I went there after a week and tried to explain that normally it suppose to well at least a month ( that's usually my acrylic lifetime, sometimes 1,5 month!) and then again some how they refill my nails for 28$!! I was surprised because it says refill is 20$ on their list... nothing make sense in this situation at all. I got the worst nail with highest price and pay 30$ after 2 weeks. Not satisfied and not recommend at all.
They don’t clean their supplies. I watched multiple people reuse the cuticle cutter and nail pusher and I was so grossed out. My pedicure lasted 10 min 15 including polish and I had to remove polish as well. It was pretty bad. Not coming back here. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because she actually did a good job painting my nails but still…
Love this place. They always do a good job. It gets really crowded cause everyone loves them but it's worth the wait. They are open 7 days a week, so I can get my nails done any day of the week.
