In an absolute pinch, and at the absolute last minute, I was very fortunate to be able to find—by complete accident—Klose Kutz. All I have to say is that out of every shop I've tried here in Georgia, I've not been to one that has all three of the following: fantastic customer service, welcoming atmosphere, exceptional attention to detail. I'm very fortunate to say that I found all three of these things tonight with my new go-to barber, Monroe. I was also able to have conversation about a shared interest with Rob, the owner of the establishment. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
This establishment is run by several individuals who have degrees in cosmetology and have passed a barber certification test.
They prefer that people request an appointment with a specific barber so that their service is orderly for everyone involved.
You can walk in and request a haircut, but appointments are prioritized.
This is a stellar establishment with several qualified barbers.
I take my son 6 and my nephew 7 here once a month minimum. Monroe is their barber, I love how he takes his time and even tries to hold a conversation with the boys. Everyone there is respectful, but its still that black barber shop feel. I'm glad I stumbled upon this place.
I was in Columbus Tuesday morning, coming from Blakely,and needed my son a nice cut. I stop by ,and they were so friendly and the place was so clean . The owner said he had just renovated the floors, and they looked stunning .The owner was so nice ,and you can tell he really cares about his customers& staff. The whole atmosphere was nice and the entire staff was friendly & had me laughing . All the barbers there are Awesome and does a great job on cuts.
I finally found my barber! WINSTON hooked me up with one of the best haircuts I’ve had. Seriously, I’ve lived all over the US including Miami, NYC, and Detroit, and Winston is among the best barbers I’ve had so far. This is a barber who takes pride in his work and listens to his clients. What made my experience even better is that the owner came and spoke with me for a bit as well. Very professional and nice guy. I will be a returning customer as this is a very professional environment with staff that take great pride in the quality of their work. Highly recommended.
Mr. Rob and his team provide top of the line services to their clientele, a welcoming atmosphere and a passion for helping their community succeed! I truly admire their enthusiasm and hard work! I’ve personally seen the teams attentiveness to detail for each and every client, it’s truly impressive. Both my visits were great. They had enough barbers on hand so I was able to be serviced upon entering. I also like the fact that they take your tempreture before they allow you to be serviced. The barbers are very curious and professional. However,, the first time I came they had tv on a program (I think sports) that was age appropriate and not offensive. My second visit they had music on some of which was profanity laced. In my opinion not appropriate especially because of the young boys that were grade school age. Also two women entered and sat down who were middle age but after a few minutes got up and left, not sure if it was the music or something else. I know that people have the right to listen to whatever they want. But when you provide a service to the public you have to be sensitive to whoever may come in some may be very some who come from a religious background and find the choice of music distasteful, or a business person may find it unprofessional. I will return for my next hair cut but will just ignore what music might be playing.
Just took my son here. Really nice place. I usually hate going to barber shops because people usually don’t greet you or make you feel welcome when you don’t know the barbers or anything. We had someone greet us when we came in, and he was able to sit down right away. His hair also came out looking very nice!
