Excellent customer service, haircut and the price is great even when adding a shampoo and a scalp massage.
It’s my third time visiting this salon to get a haircut and my hairstylist does an amazing job each time. I tend to call ahead for an appointment and she’s been punctual each time. The service is amazing especially when you add the shampoo with the haircut. I feel like she takes care of my hair more than I ever do with they way she washes my hair. Keep up the amazing work Huong
Made an appointment and had to wait 35 minutes. When it was my turn for a haircut, I was left waiting for 10 minutes on a chair that was still full of hair!! I had to use my hands to wipe most of it off. Then she proceeded to cut my hair with the same scissors and comb that was already used on the previous client. Very unprofessional. During the cut, she combed without holding my head in place which really hurts. My head was pulled left right and center like a barbie doll. After the cut, she styled it with a straightener with no hair protectant. The reason I wanted a haircut in the first place was to get rid of my split ends-- now she gave me more and caused some heat damage as well. I paid $18 at the cost of a 40 minute wait for a haircut that took less than 10 minutes. There was also hair on my face that she didnt bother using a blow-dryer to get off. It's been years since I last visited and I will not come back again. This place is very partial and their customer service varies from your age and race. I thought they would change now that I'm older but I guess they just care about your money than your salon experience.
What is the point of making appointment? My appointment supposed to be at 3:30, my service is at 4:20….50 minutes late….please stay away from this place!!!! I did want to leave many times but I feel I will be wasted my time if I leave.
You have to wait up to 1 hour to get service. If you make a apointment you still wait 45 min to 1 hour. And they take the Asian speaking clients first no mater how long you waited for your turn. Place is dirty. Prices is great, they cut too short. You say 1 inch trim they cut 4 inches.
Had an appointment scheduled with Jenny. I was on time and Jenny was cutting someone’s hair. I have now waited an hour because they constantly promised 5 more minutes ok? Then it added to 1 hour of waiting. They need to respect and value people’s time. I love my hair cut.

Very inexpensive and friendly Vietnamese hair salon. Generally has a long queue on weekends, so best to arrive early. I received several quality men's haircuts here but my wife didn't like her recent hair styling.
