The best fish and chips I have ever had . Was worth the 5 mile drive after hearing great reviews on the quality and service received within the atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone! Everything is freshly prepared and I can assure it is well worth the wait. Great fish,great prices, great place! Will definately be back!
Best fish and chips shop I have ever tried. I really like the new design they did recently and very clean shop. The cod tastes really good. Staff are always quick and take good care with a smile. I really recommend it to anyone
Twice now the chips have been overcooked and a bit greasy.
Fish was ok but the texture of the batter wasn’t the best ( soggy but oil coming off and leaving fingers greasy ).
Burger the actual patty was burnt and dry and seems like they are a lot thinner,the lettuce was a bit bruised in places ( old ).
Steak and kidney pie was overcooked.
Saveloys were from the Lunchtime period and we got ours at 18:15 !!!!!.
We have noticed that the Food standards and quality are slipping ! Not sure if this is because the "Boss " is never at the shop anymore,the Chip Shop used to be one of the Busiest and Best Fish and Chips but unfortunately not lately.
Came here whilst having my car serviced and mot. I had a haddock and chips, and a cup of tea. Service at the restaurant was excellent good staff. Time taken again for my meal to arrive again excellent. And I have to say again that the fish and chips were also excellent. I would definitely come back again.
I tried my first fish and chips in Manchester and was really disappointed. I thought there is nothing special in that and was curious why its uk traditional dish. Then i tried in this shop which is next to my house and quality of the fish and chips is really good. You have to wait 5 minutes so they can make freshly for you. Really tasty and clean. I would recommend it.

This is my first time back to the UK in 10 years and first time for fish and chips they were excellent well done guys ????????
Very overprriced but they do an extremely good burger and i think everything halal wich is excellent
