Love this shop! Black Hair Care products and so many varieties of hair colors and wigs. Very happy. Been going here for years.
Don't shop here if you don't believe in discrimination. If you're disabled, they will kick you out of their store. This just happened to me. I wasn't doing anything wrong. My service dog was doing her job quietly and undisturbingly, but we were asked to leave the store solely because I am a disabled person with a service dog.
The place is nice, the prices are decent. But the staff watch you like a hawk. You can't shop cause you feel rushed cause they watching you so close. But ask em a question and they don't know nothing. Suddenly they busy. It's annoying.
Very knowledgeable and patient. Friendly. Cheaper prices than Sally's. Much bigger selection too. This was my first visit but I'd definitely return there. I'd definitely recommend!
The guy is usually nice and try to sell his product, last time I went he just sit and stayed on his phone. Short answered me when I'd ask about hair. I think it's due to his store is in a bad town, in the hood, I also see he has a sign say no purses allowed in store and you must make sure you child doesn't touch anything so I'm assuming his change of personality and drive to run a good hair store drive is just gone. I just order online now. And speaking of online. I find some pretty hair and get discounts hair caps and lashes and other free items when I order. I will not ever go back to this hair store again. Sad to see what bad ppl do to a good business.
Very rude. Can't take a purse inside, because he said too many thieves. Everyone doesn't steal. I will not support a business that I can't take my purse inside of. Get better security if your are suffering that bad.
My mother and I walked in and the man there said "Ladies I have a sign that says no purses are allowed, but it's ok for today, just next time don't bring your purses in" We both said ok. As we're looking for what we need he says again "I can't let you keep your purses and not let others keep theirs". I reminded him that he just told us we could keep them today, but next time leave them in the car. He said he does not allow purses because of thieves. My mother tried to explain to him that we are not thieves, but of course that didn't matter to him. We are from out of town and was in the store less than 5 minutes. When he told us we had to take our purse out the store, after saying it was ok THIS TIME we said ok we're leaving and he says "bye" as if he did not care that he was losing business. Needless to say neither one of us will be back! This used to be the hair store we would go to anytime we came to Sikeston and for him to respond in that manner really says volumes.
Actually, my girl shops here and said it's a great place to go! with a very big selection helpful staff and competitive prices. She rates this the best place in sikeston.
