I've been a regular since 2014, I get a cuts one to twice a month. So in 2018 a haircut was $20. Then in 2019 Kings decides charge $25 still ok. Then mid 2020 they jump it to $30, thinking... I guess as clients we can help maintain the business a float. Now at this point the stylist that would take care of me is no longer part of Kings and I have to trust another barber there. So fast forward to the beginning of September 2021 I walk in to get a cut as usual and once the stylist finishes she says its going to be $40. Not including a tip. I asked when did they raise the price she says recently. I'm no one to argue but at this point Kings barber shop is gouging and taking advantage of their clients during these difficult times. What can I say. I moved on to a better and reasonable barber shop. For $30 I now get a great hair cut.
Not sure what is wrong with some of the negative comments about this place. I received a great haircut and had a very posturing interaction with Sarah who cut my hair. We had a great about the location and she answered all my questions without hesitation. I highly recommend this business. I will be coming here now. Thank you!
It's a good haircut but 40 buck is alot I went a month ago and they said just 30 like it's cheap now it's 40 nah that's too much
Overpriced haircuts, otherwise if willing to pay upwards of 35-40 for a simple haircut when It was 25.
My teenage son won't cut his hair anywhere else. He will make me wait until his barber is available. If I had hair I'd cut here as well. Everyone is so friendly and the place is very clean. I know some customers are bothered by the music and the employees work attire. But, this isn't the only barber shop in town.
Today was the 3rd time I've been to King's Barber Shop and I've always been really satisfied with my haircut, the music is a bit loud, and it can get to be a bit much if your not in the mood for it. But overall a great place.
Younger girl with blonde hair keeps hoeing around such as bending over in front of my step-Dad and pulling up her leggings while she has a pink crop top on. I don’t think that this is barbershop attire or a way to act in front of customers even though they know he’s married. Such a shame for the woman of this world sometimes. It’s sad to see this in person. I don’t think having leggings and a crop top on while working is appropriate... this is sad. Not returning again, I thought I’d give this place a shot again but yet again it disappointed me.
I went today for the first time cuz I needed a last minute haircut for my friends wedding and the job this guy did was on another level. My fade was sharp and also I appreciated him taking the time to line up my beard and going the extra mile. Well pleased.
